Il prodotto che ci hanno fornito, fortunatamente, è molto bello e di buona qualità...ma dall'ordine di aprile alla chiusura del cantiere a dicembre abbiamo vissuto molte peripezie. Atteggiamento poco professionale, zero attenzione verso il cliente, poco rispetto della parola data, capacità di risoluzione dei problemi pressoché nulla. Alla fine tutti i nostri disagi sono stati riconosciuti almeno economicamente.
Unfortunately ours was not a positive experience. Fortunately, the product they supplied us is very beautiful and of good quality ... but from the order in April to the closure of the construction site in December we have experienced many ups and downs. Unprofessional attitude, zero attention to the customer, little respect for their word, almost no problem solving skills. In the end, all our hardships were recognized at least economically.
