★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo sono desolata a dover dare un giudizio negativo. Avevo assaggiato la nduja ed era molto buona. Ne ho presi perciò tre kg convinta di comprare un buon prodotto. Invece mi sono ritrovata una nduja commerciale molto grassa e condimentosa che non corrisponde al prodotto assaggiato.
unfortunately I am sorry to have to give a negative opinion. I had tasted the nduja and it was very good. I therefore took three kg convinced that I was buying a good product. Instead I found myself a very fat and commercial nduja condimentosa that does not match the product tasted.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo potuto visitare i locali in cui i prodotti vengono lavorati e ci è stato spiegato tutto in maniera molto interessante. The products are of a superior quality and Mr. Francesco is a very kind and helpful person. My family and I were able to visit the premises where the products are processed and everything was explained to us in a very interesting way. There was a final taste before our purchases. Dal kit per la fonduta di nduja a 5 euro a forma di maiale alle cose più particolari come il miele di nduja .
Si trova poco fuori il paese ma ne vale la pena se si vuole comprare nduja di qualità .

When you arrive in this location it seems to have arrived in a small farmhouse. You can both celebrate and buy in the dedicated shop.

It is located just outside the village but it is worth it if you want to buy quality nduja.
