Excellent product the meat on the palate has a good consistency .... right smoking that does not cover the taste but enhances it .... at the first impact with the taste buds it does not seem spicy but after chewing it well it leaves a pleasant sense of torpor in the whole mouth due to the chilli .... here to my taste maybe I would have preferred an extra spiciness at the beginning .... congratulations surely high quality product ????????

Fanno tutto loro e seguono il prodotto fin dalla sua nascita, occupandosi anche delle materie prime (come il peperoncino). Qualità top!
