Dopo tanto cercare l'impossibile, abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che cercavamo da tempo senza risultato. Grazie alla disponibilità e all'empatia della proprietaria, anche la laurea é sistemata con grande soddisfazione.
Arrived by chance from Milan, we were fascinated by the exhibition, rich in colors and objects of class and good taste. The lady served us with professionalism and sympathy. After much searching for the impossible, we found everything we had been looking for for some time without result. Thanks to the availability and the empathy of the owner, even the degree is placed with great satisfaction.

Avevo ordinato un modello preciso di bomboniera, ma quando la commessa mi chiama per dirmi che erano pronte, con mia grande sorpresa scopro che mi aveva preparato solo un tot. di bomboniere corrispondenti al modello che avevo ordinato io, ma un altro tot. di articoli erano modelli completamente diversi !! Inoltre, quasi tutte le bomboniere avevano dei difetti abbastanza vistosi.
Quando ho fatto giustamente le mie rimostranze alla proprietaria, lei invece di ammettere le sue colpe e cercare di rimediare agli errori sostituendo gli articoli problematici, mi ha dato delle risposte che hanno mostrato ben poca professionalità e mancanza di correttezza verso il cliente.
Lack of fairness towards the customer and poor quality.
I had ordered a precise model of wedding favor, but when the saleswoman calls me to tell me they were ready, to my great surprise I discover that she had only prepared a tot. of favors corresponding to the model I had ordered, but another tot. of items were completely different models !! Moreover, almost all the favors had quite conspicuous flaws.
When I rightly made my complaints to the owner, she instead of admitting her faults and trying to remedy the errors by replacing the problematic items, gave me answers that showed very little professionalism and lack of fairness towards the customer.
