La composizione è durata pochissimo, nonostante la mia amica abbia seguito le indicazioni del venditore (riteniamo che taluni fiori non fossero particolarmente freschi). Il fiore dell'orchidea in pochissimi giorni si è accasciato; mortificata per il regalo fatto, ho creduto di poter cambiare l'acquisto "difettoso". Il venditore si è limitato a reiterare la sua non colpevolezza e la sola possibilità che il fiore avesse preso un colpo d'aria; nulla è valso spiegare che era in ufficio senza finestre...con altre piante che non hanno subito quella sorte... In un negozio del centro che si occupa di tanta bellezza, tanta bruttura mi ha molto colpito negativamente; ed onestamente non l'avrei mai immaginato. Nulla è valso chiedere la possibilità di cambiare. Ho riparato io comprando una nuova pianta alla mia amica, ovviamente in un altro negozio. very negative experience: I bought a flower arrangement (cup of coffee) and an orchid plant (mono) for gifts. The seller limited himself to reiterating his innocence and the only possibility that the flower had taken a hit of air; nothing was worth explaining that he was in the office without windows ... with other plants that did not suffer that fate ... In a shop in the center that deals with so much beauty, so much ugliness struck me very negatively; and honestly I would never have imagined it. Nothing was worth asking for the opportunity to change. I repaired it by buying a new plant from my friend, obviously in another shop.
