F	Francisco “pellerossa” Pelles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andato per un primo paio d occhiali, ‘accolto’ (si fa per dire) da una signora dal forte accento milanese (palesemente imbruttita) per nulla in vena di cortesia verso il cliente. Cafona e maleducata, mi ha praticamente preso a pesci in faccia, non ho mai visto una persona cosi carente nella cura e la gestione di un potenziale cliente. Senza nemmeno poi trovarmi ciò che cercavo...del tutto inutile. Insomma una caciottara, e vedendo anche il resto delle recensioni non mi sorprendo nemmeno. Comprare altrove, quando il trattamento è cosi scarso sembra l’unica cosa da fare. Ridicola. I went there for a first pair of glasses, 'welcomed' (so to speak) by a lady with a strong Milanese accent (clearly ugly) not at all in the mood for courtesy towards the customer. Naughty and rude, she practically hit me in the face, I've never seen a person so lacking in the care and management of a potential client. Without even finding what I was looking for ... completely useless. In short, a caciottara, and seeing the rest of the reviews I am not even surprised. Buying elsewhere, when the treatment is so scarce seems the only thing to do. Silly.

Ritornato successivamente con proposta di lenti monofocali da 200€ prezzo totale. Vista la spesa chiedo di volerci pensare e mi è stato fatto pagare 30€ di screening dicendomi che eventualmente verrano scalati se decidessi di fare le lenti. Poca chiarezza e professionalità. Se proponi uno screening visivo devi avvisare i clienti che se non dovessero effettuare l’acquisto delle lenti verrà addebitato a loro l’importo dello screening pari a 30€. I report my experience that dates back to a year ago. Entered to inquire about prescription lenses. Done the visual screening recommended by the staff. Returned later with the proposal of single vision lenses from 200 € total price. Given the expense, I ask you to think about it and I was charged € 30 for screening, telling me that they will eventually be deducted if I decide to make lenses. Little clarity and professionalism. If you propose a visual screening, you must warn customers that if they do not purchase the lenses, they will be charged the screening amount of € 30.

Hanno sempre uno splendido sorriso sul e cercano di soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Ed inoltre, cosa che non guasta sono davvero preparati! Davvero unici!!! I went twice, once for a gift and the other for an expense of my necessity. The staff are very kind, helpful, attentive and never rude! They always have a wonderful smile on and try to accommodate your every request. And what's more, which doesn't hurt they are really prepared! Really unique !!!

Sono stati attenti alle mie esigenze, mi hanno guidata con discrezione nella scelta dei miei occhiali. Esperienza davvero piacevole. Sicuramente ritornerò e lo consiglio vivamente. I must say that the thing that struck me the most is that upon entering the staff immediately made me feel at home: in fact the staff, very friendly and professional, welcomed me in a really pleasant way. Michela ha preso il suo tempo per aiutarmi nella ricerca delle lenti che sono state eseguite nel giro di tre gg. Ho avuto del tempo dedicato nella correzione della montatura, provandola fino ad 8 volte per un risultato certosino che il cliente percepisce ma non richiede perché inesperto e che personale ottico di norma evita di eseguire per mero denaro ? da registrare a rota in cassa. Grande servizio attenzione e ascolto, tutto il personale cordiale e a disposizione. I think I got a lot more than I expected. Michela took her time to help me find the lenses which were done within three days. I had some time dedicated to correcting the frame, trying it up to 8 times for a painstaking result that the customer perceives but does not require because it is inexperienced and that optical staff usually avoids doing for mere money ? to be registered at the cashier. Great service, attention and listening, all the staff friendly and available.
