M	Marino Todesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In famiglia è stato per diversi anni la pietra di paragone quando si ricordava quanto fosse squisito e decisamente superiore il prosciutto crudo di San Daniele acquistato in questa rinomatissima gastronomía, a riprova che tutte le specialità alimentari dovrebbero essere gustate nei rispettivi luoghi d'origine, quantomeno per calibrare il nostro gusto sul sapore campione. Mi ha sorpreso quindi che un mio recente acquisto non abbia rinnovato il consueto incantesimo. Prezzo, colore e sapore ci sono risultati più omologati a quelli dei prosciutti di San Daniele a lunga stagionatura che si acquistano dalle principali catene della grande distribuzione di quanto ci aspettassimo. Forse mi è capitato di entrare da Garlatti in un giorno sfortunato. In fin dei conti ci vado saltuariamente e un prosciutto meno eccellente del solito può capitare anche a loro. Prima di decidere l'acquisto di una quantità importante, soprattutto se si punta a fare bella figura con un regalo, non è quindi mai sbagliato chiedere la cortesia all'esercemte di assaggiare un frammento di fetta. A buon intenditor, qualche parola in più non guasta. In the family it was for many years the touchstone when it was remembered how exquisite and decidedly superior was the San Daniele raw ham bought in this famous gastronomy, proving that all food specialties should be enjoyed in their respective places of origin, at least to calibrate our taste on the sample flavor. I was therefore surprised that a recent purchase of mine has not renewed the usual spell. Price, color and taste are more homologated than those of the long-seasoned San Daniele hams that are bought from the main large-scale retail chains than we expected. Maybe I happened to come in from Garlatti on an unlucky day. After all, I go there from time to time and a less excellent than usual ham can also happen to them. Before deciding to purchase an important quantity, especially if you aim to make a good impression with a gift, it is therefore never wrong to ask the esercemte to try a fragment of slice. To the wise, a few more words do not hurt.

Solo entrando si capisce che i prodotti sono di eccellente qualità. Il prezzo non è bassissimo, ma neanche esagerato. Personale disponibile e preparato; prosciutto crudo stupendo e ottime proposte anche di formaggi, sott'oli e distillati For me, if you want to buy San Daniele raw ham, only Garlatti exists.
