Purtroppo, forse vecchio, il profumo aveva un odore solo di alcool(mi sono detta, succede!) sono andata a riportarlo in negozio e la commessa non mi ha voluto fare la sostituzione poichè non avevo lo scontrino. Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile e la commessa mi ha detto che mi avrebbe risposto la stessa cosa. Essendo cliente da anni e comprando sempre gli stessi prodotti non conservo lo scontrino. Trovo che con i clienti (e a tal proposito basta vedere l 'uso della mia tessera) il comportamento debba essere diverso. Non comprerò più niente! Pessima esperienza! Prima si impara a prendersi cura del cliente poi si prende in gestione un negozio!!
I have been a customer for years. I bought the usual perfume that I have been buying for my daughter and me for years. Unfortunately, perhaps old, the perfume smelled only of alcohol (I said to myself, it happens!) I went to bring it back to the shop and the saleswoman did not want to replace me as I did not have the receipt. I asked to speak to a manager and the saleswoman told me she would answer the same thing. Having been a customer for years and always buying the same products, I don't keep the receipt. I find that with customers (and in this regard it is enough to see the use of my card) the behavior should be different. I will not buy anything anymore! Bad experience! First you learn to take care of the customer then you take over a shop !!
