Da correntista del gruppo intesa San Paolo, seppur non in questa filiale, avendo l'ufficio a pochi passi, per comodità, mi sono recato per cambiare la somma di 99.000 fiorini ungheresi(circa 300 euro) che mi erano avanzati al ritorno da una vacanza.
Chiedo cortesemente alla signora della reception se posso effettuare il cambio, questa mi dice subito di no, poi fa una telefonata al cassiere il quale le dice che posso fare l'operazione solo presso la mia filiale.
Cosa non vera!
É bastato andare in una filiale più cortese e mi hanno subito fatto il cambio.
Si vede che non ne avevano tanta voglia.
