La qualità, nel tempo è andata a peggiorare (tacchino mediocre e pollo a mala pena mangiabile), il bovino è ancora di buona qualità tuttavia. Il servizio è pessimo, i macellai non rispettano l'ordine di accesso, non obbligano alla mascherina o al distanziamento sociale e loro stessi non sempre indossano correttamente la mascherina, il gel all'ingresso è usato più come un soprammobile che come un obbligo. Con qualche signora che esprime la nuova triste e imborghesita san salvario, in tutta la sua volgarità, si attardato a parlare del nulla (vacanze a Ibiza e xapi firmati), mentre la gente aspetta infreddolito fuori dal negozio. Per la carne quotidiana ormai mi servono altrove, qui, qualche volta il pezzo della festa o la dimenticanza.
