Non solo vende dei prodotti eccellenti, ma ha anche un modo di fare davvero d'altri tempi! Si entra sempre nella sua macelleria con la certezza di ricevere un trattamento super, ed è un fatto ben raro di questi tempi: anche alla fine di una giornata, o col negozio pieno non perde mai il sorriso e non nega mai quel momento per chiedere quel "come sta?" che fa sempre piacere. Non capisco proprio l'accanimento del signor "Utente Google", che oltre a praticare egregiamente l'antico sport del turpiloquio lancia nelle ultime righe anche il messaggio (quello sì, ben misero), che gentilezza e cortesia possano essere prerogative richieste solo a chi ha un dottorato di ricerca ad Harvard. Non posso che pensare che l'anonimo "Utente Google" abbia confuso persone o imprese: se c'è una persona che non può aver agito in quel modo è proprio Ermes! Vengono preparati anche agnolotti del plin e tortellini. I vasetti a lunga conservazione che vengono esposti contengono prodotti tipici, wurstel e condimenti.
