Nel bancone frigo trovano posto anche il coniglio grigio di Carmagnola, la gallina bionda di Saluzzo, i polli ruspanti, preparazioni sfiziose (quando riesce a prepararlo, consiglio "el mac bun", una specie di kebab fatto con piadina, bollito, cetrioli e verdure varie) e formaggi di nicchia.
