F	Federico Di Benedetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un disastro! Abbiamo ordinato i termosifoni design Tubes Soho. Di 7 termosifoni 3 li abbiamo rimandati indietro subito perché verniciati male. Passano la bellezza di 2 mesi e dei 3 in difetto 2 sono di nuovo verniciati male. Secondo la Rem e il rappresentante della Tubes rispettano perfettamente i loro standard di qualità, peccato che erano visibilmente in difetto rispetto agli altri 4 che erano verniciati correttamente. Intanto finisce l'inverno... con 3 termosifoni in meno. Loro non vogliono sentire ragione e dicono che per loro é tutto a posto! Complimenti per la professionalità! A disaster! We ordered Tubes Soho design radiators. Of 7 radiators 3 we sent them back immediately because they were badly painted. They spend the beauty of 2 months and of the 3 in default 2 are badly painted again. According to Rem and the representative of Tubes they perfectly respect their quality standards, a pity that they were visibly at fault compared to the other 4 that were painted correctly. Meanwhile, the winter ends ... with 3 radiators less. They don't want to be right and they say it's all right for them! Congratulations on your professionalism!

Con l'illuminazione a neon si fatica a rendersi conto delle sfumature delle piastrelle e degli abbinamenti. Ricevono su appuntamento. Ampia scelta di marche e materiali. Ma la cosa più importante è, ora come allora, l'assistenza. Sempre presenti, efficaci, precisi e puntuali. Di tutta la ristrutturazione la parte migliore! Siamo stati seguiti da un ragazzo (G.) competente e disponibile, sempre pronto a trovare la soluzione. Davvero soddisfatta.
