Devo dire che Luca è una persona preparata e molto gentile.
Non il classico venditore,ma una persona che ti ascolta e ti consiglia in maniera esaustiva.
Bicicletta consegnata in una sola settimana.
Consiglio a tutti una visita.

 Found by chance on Google, I was looking for a specific bike (Focus izalco max).
I must say that Luca is a prepared and very kind person.
Not the classic salesman, but a person who listens to you and advises you in an exhaustive way.
Bicycle delivered in just one week.
I recommend everyone a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver revisionato la mia bicicletta da altri, mi sono imbattuto in LUCA (il proprietario) e spendendo la metà di quanto avevo speso fino alla volta prima mi sono trovato una bicicletta da corsa di 15 anni portata nel 2021 come appena uscita dalla fabbrica. Non solo, il prezzo super onesto e la sua professionalità passione e competenza mi hanno veramente sorpreso. Mi ha aiutato con il garmin appena comprato con la configurazione, mi ha aiutato a trovare percorsi in zona (che non conoscevo) etc... Servizio TOP, velocità TOP.... se vi serve una ciclofficina completa al 100% non ci sono dubbi, questo è il posto migliore che potrete trovare ;)
After having my bike overhauled by others, I came across LUCA (the owner) and by spending half of what I had spent up to the time before I found myself a 15 year old racing bike brought in 2021 as fresh out of the factory. Not only that, the super honest price and his professionalism, passion and competence really surprised me. He helped me with the garmin I just bought with the configuration, he helped me to find routes in the area (which I did not know) etc ... TOP service, TOP speed .... if you need a 100% complete bike workshop there are no doubts, this is the best place you can find;)

Ho fatto con Luca(proprietario) la visita biomeccanica per avere una posizione corretta sulla mia Wilier Triestina; fin da subito le mie uscite sono state migliori e nettamente più lunghe senza nessun dolore.
Seguito tramite whatsapp e telefono sempre !
PROFESSIONALE, SCRUPOLOSO e MOLTA ATTENZIONE AL CLIENTE possono essere una sintesi perfetta.

I did the biomechanical examination with Luca (owner) to get a correct position on my Wilier Triestina; from the beginning my rides were better and much longer without any pain.
Followed by whatsapp and phone always!
PROFESSIONAL, CAREFUL and A LOT OF CUSTOMER CARE can be a perfect synthesis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la mia prima visita al negozio ho portato la mia bdc per sistemare il cambio ,senza conoscere il proprietario ,fidandomi solamente delle recensioni positive trovate online, conclusioni:ho trovato il proprietario Luca ,molto gentile,molto professionale e bravo nel suo lavoro,ha risolto il mio problema e per giunta ha risolto un ulteriore problema presente sulla mia bicicletta.
Sicuramente in futuro sarà la mia prima scelta per qualsiasi problema sulla mia bici.consigliatissimo.
For my first visit to the shop I brought my bdc to fix the gear, without knowing the owner, trusting only the positive reviews found online, conclusions: I found the owner Luca, very kind, very professional and good at his job, he solved my problem and also solved an additional problem on my bicycle.
Surely in the future it will be my first choice for any problem on my bike. Highly recommended.
