M	Maria Nicolella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’hotel si trova in un posto incantevole e la struttura è molto carina. Sono andata li per una spa di gruppo, appena arriviamo c’è un po’ di attesa e nel frattempo nessuna richiesta di controllo dei green pass e mai controllati alla fine. Arrivati al piano inferiore della spa nello spogliatoio delle donne ci sono: 9 armadietti ma una panchina per due persone, un solo bagno, una sola sedia e due docce. Poiché al nostro arrivo c’era il gruppo precedente che si stava cambiando abbiamo dovuto attendere che loro finissero e nel frattempo cambiarci poggiando le nostre cose su delle ceste di plastica o sul lavandino. Finito di cambiarci andiamo in spa, composta da: una sauna, un bagno turco dove non c’è la doccetta, tre docce emozionali e una piscina con idromassaggio mal funzionante, la sala relax ha solo un dispenser di acqua. Il costo dell’ingresso è di € 25 a persona e non credo possano chiedere di più. Il massaggiatore, unico e uomo (dettaglio che avrei voluto conoscere al momento della prenotazione di 4 massaggi), è stato molto bravo. Detto ciò, potrebbero migliorare sicuramente. The hotel is located in a lovely place and the structure is very nice. I went there for a group spa, as soon as we arrive there is a bit of a wait and in the meantime no request to check the green passes and never checked at the end. Arriving at the lower level of the spa in the women's locker room there are: 9 lockers but a bench for two people, one bathroom, one chair and two showers. Since upon our arrival there was the previous group that was changing, we had to wait for them to finish and in the meantime change by placing our things on plastic baskets or on the sink. After changing, we go to the spa, which consists of: a sauna, a Turkish bath where there is no shower, three emotional showers and a swimming pool with a malfunctioning whirlpool, the relaxation room only has a water dispenser. The cost of admission is € 25 per person and I don't think they can ask for more. The masseur, unique and man (detail that I would have liked to know when booking 4 massages), was very good. That said, they could definitely improve.
a	alessandra potenza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivendo a pochi chilometri dalla struttura non posso valutare le camere e la colazione ma posso dare un'ottima recensioni alla mia esperienza alla Spa privata fatta con la mia famiglia... struttura pulita organizzata e accogliente ma il punto forte è sicuramente la serietà e la gentilezza delle ragazze alla reception!! Tornerò sicuramente Living a few kilometers from the hotel I cannot evaluate the rooms and the breakfast but I can give excellent reviews to my experience at the private Spa made with my family ... clean, organized and welcoming structure but the strong point is certainly the seriousness and the kindness of the girls at the reception !! I will definitely be back

Appartamentino carino ma la cucina non serve se manca qualsiasi stoviglia e/o vettovaglie. Prezzo troppo elevato, scomoda anche la location. Sconsigliato. Peccato, da foto e recensioni l aspettativa era molto alta. Big disappointment. Nice structure but nothing more. Poor breakfast, minimal portions for diabetics, polite but very cold and aloof staff. Nice apartment but the kitchen is not needed if any crockery and / or supplies are missing. Price too high, the location is also uncomfortable. Not recommended. Too bad, from photos and reviews the expectation was very high.
G	Giorgio Robusti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che il posto è molto bello. Le camere (che poi sono dei miniappartamenti) sono pulite e ben arredate. Visto però che il prezzo non è economico fare pagare tutto a parte (necessario per la cucina, accensione del fuoco, extra per il cane) mi sembra eccessivo. Il ristorante non fa asporto ed è obbligatoria la prenotazione, per trovare qualcosa da mangiare la sera bisogna fare kilometri di strada visto che il paese in cui si trova è pressoché deserto. Per il resto nulla da aggiungere salvo che la mattina d'inverno con le stradine del borgo in ciottolato ricoperto da un velo di ghiaccio diventano pericolose. Ah... dimenticavo. Sarebbe più eco friendly mettere a disposizione il necessario per il bagno in contenitori riutilizzabili e non in tubetti usa e getta e involucri e bicchieri in plastica. I state that the place is very beautiful. The rooms (which are then mini-apartments) are clean and well furnished. However, since the price is not cheap, charging everything separately (necessary for the kitchen, lighting the fire, extra for the dog) seems excessive to me. The restaurant does not do take-out and reservations are required, to find something to eat in the evening you have to walk kilometers since the town in which it is located is almost deserted. For the rest, nothing to add except that in the winter morning with the cobbled streets of the village covered with a veil of ice they become dangerous. Ah ... I forgot. It would be more eco-friendly to make the necessary for the bathroom available in reusable containers and not in disposable tubes and plastic wrappers and cups.

La spa da rivedere innanzitutto vietare l’uso del cellulare all’intento di essa proprio perché fare affidamento sul Buon senso non è mai una buona idea visti i tempi! Sarebbe il caso di ampliare lo spogliatoio della spa visto che le stanze sono giustamente lontane una panca sola non basta. La stanza: letto scomodissimo e piccolo per due persone con una coperta di lana a mio avviso da eliminare poco igienica come cosa. Visto che si tratta di un albergo diffuso, di montagna, con la reception e il bar lontani o chiusi dopo na certa... mettere un bollitore con tazze e bicchieri può essere utile. Il Bagno da rifare. LA colazione buona. Rimane comunque tra le pochissime strutture valide della regione. Wonderful location, friendly and welcoming staff but ... The spa needs to be reviewed, first of all, prohibit the use of mobile phones for the purpose of it precisely because you can rely on Common sense is never a good idea given the times! It would be appropriate to expand the dressing room of the spa since the rooms are rightly far away a single bench is not enough. The room: very uncomfortable and small bed for two people with a woolen blanket in my opinion to be eliminated not very hygienic as a thing. Since it is a widespread hotel, in the mountains, with the reception and the bar far away or closed after a certain na ... putting a kettle with cups and glasses can be useful. The Bathroom to be redone. The good breakfast. However, it remains among the very few valid structures in the region.

I momenti trascorsi in spa sono stati rilassanti e divertenti. La casetta che ci è stata assegnata, la n 5, ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre richieste espresse in fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli. Ci ha colpito in modo estremamente positivo il personale formato da giovani smart, sorridenti,gentili, professionali, disponibili verso i bambini e pronti a risolvere anche piccoli imprevisti... Il sig. Peppino super!!! Ottimo il ristorante....torneremo sicuramente! We stayed at the end of April with our 4 and 6 year old children and were welcomed and pampered wonderfully. The moments spent in the spa were relaxing and fun. The little house that has been assigned to us, n 5, has fully satisfied our requests expressed during the booking phase. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. We were impressed in an extremely positive way by the staff made up of smart, smiling, kind, professional young people, available to children and ready to solve even small unforeseen events ... Super Peppino !!! Excellent restaurant .... we will definitely be back!

M	Martin A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice stay. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The Borgo is clean and modern with a lived-in feel for the rooms. They also have a small kitchenette. Downside- you only get one coffee, one green tea, one camomile tea so take your own or have warm beverages at the bar in the restaurant. With a view of the mountains, a cold beer or a glass of wine is a must. The restaurant area is very modern and open and apparently the hotel will be opening an evening restaurant in December.....for now pizzas from down the road (which are very good btw). We will be back. ?
