Sono il frutto del lavoro paziente ed appassionato di gente del territorio, che rispetta la terra e cerca di trarne prodotti che ne restituiscano il sapore. After visiting the company in Castel del Giudice, we ordered Melise products based on organic apples, as well as the agricultural beer of the annexed Malto Lento brewery, finding them excellent and genuine, as expected. Nata negli anni 2000 come azienda agricola biologica inizialmente finalizzata solo alla vendita del prodotto fresco ma che negli anni, ottimizzando ed ampliando le varietà, ha messo sul mercato una decina di trasformati derivanti dalla trasformazione delle stesse mele. Nettare di mela, composta di mela, composta di mela e prugnolo, mela e rosa canina, mela Limoncella, mele essiccate. Ultimo, in ordine cronologico, la nascita di un birrificio agricolo. Producono mele e prodotti derivati più birra artigianale. La visita è stata molto interessante Grazie al racconto della bella storia che c'è dietro. Nei 15€ a persona è inclusa anche la degustazione di una birra. Dovrebbero far assaggiare anche le marmellate o i succhi derivati dalle mele. Inoltre una cosa che dispiace è che non sembrano interessati a espandere la loro attività ad altre aree del Molise o alla consegna a gruppi di acquisto situati al nord Italia.
