Mi hanno detto che non era possibile aggiustarlo se non cambiando pezzi per un totale di 120€ e che non ne valeva la pena. L'ho smontato io e sono riuscito a togliere il pezzo di punta rotto dentro al mandrino con una martellata e adesso funziona perfettamente ?. Oltretutto hanno pure perso una delle 2 sfere che blocca la punta dentro al mandrino. Se ci sono riuscito io in 2 ore che non ne avevo mai visto uno non ci potevano riuscire loro? Avrei anche pagato volentieri per una riparazione ma niente. Hanno perso tempo e soldi e pure un cliente. I brought a Stanley breaker as they are licensed repairers. Mi presento in negozio al 11 giorno e si rivolgo così :" Signora le abbiamo detto dieci giorni " . Dopo circa 4 -5 giorni mi ripresento in negozio e rivolgendosi in toni sgarbati mi apostrofano dicendo che hanno due braccia ! Il giorno successivo sono andato a ritirare il ferro da stiro che naturalmente non gli avevano neanche degnato di uno sguardo. Complimenti!!!!. Bene mi fa piacere che lei abbia risposto. Allora vado fino in fondo. Oltre che dai modi arroganti dubito anche della sua competenza professionale. Via da lei portato in un altro centro. Tempo 24 ore mi confermano che un falso contatto crea il problema . Niente da sostituire né da ordinare. Morale ferro da stiro disponibile da oggi e funzionante. Sono da 30 anni dietro ad un bancone . Sono commerciante anch'io. Quando si sbaglia, ed anch'io come tutti ho sbagliato , bisogna avere l'umiltà di fare un passo indietro e prendersi le proprie responsabilità. Io ho sempre fatto così .
