I fatti: esco da lavoro, il manubrio della bici è pericolosamente lento e decido di fermarmi in questa officina. Chiedo cortesemente una brugola per stringere un pò, arriva e con 4 mandate il manubrio è apposto. tempo impiegato 15 secondi. Ringrazio. Mi chiede 1 euro. Incassa e non rilascia scontrino. Se il servizio fosse stato gratuito, ci sarei tornato magari spendendoci un bel pò di più. Se mi avesse fatto pagare e avesse rilasciato scontrino, sarei tornato ugualmente - il lavoro si paga e pure le tasse. E invece ha preferito 1 euro. Esentasse.

Da quando vado da questo bravissimo signore so che la mia bici avrà sempre modo di essere mantenuta in ottime condizioni a prezzi molto ragionevoli e sistemata ogni volta nei tempi più adatti alle mie esigenze. L’ultima volta che ho ripreso la bici rimessa a nuovo è stato un paio di giorni fa. Consigliatissimo;)
My trusted workshop here in Bologna. Before, I used to go somewhere else but I wasn't feeling well. Since going to this very good gentleman I know that my bike will always be kept in excellent condition at very reasonable prices and fixed every time in the most suitable times for my needs. The last time I took the refurbished bike back was a couple of days ago. Highly recommended;)
