★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi: abbiamo acquistato un collare antipulci (SERESTO) a 42,60€ quando su Amazon si trova al 50% in meno. I prezzi non sono allineati al mercato on line, il problema che non lo sono di poco con una grande differenza e soprattutto la gestione o non lo sa (grave) o fa finta di non saperlo!!
 Really bad: we bought a flea collar (SERESTO) for € 42.60 when it is 50% cheaper on Amazon. The prices are not aligned to the online market, the problem is that they are not of little consequence with a big difference and above all the management either doesn't know it (serious) or pretends not to know it !!

Dopo una fortissima crisi d'asma notturna,trovandomi a Ferrara in viaggio e senza ricetta del medico, chiedo un rimedio temporaneo per attutire i sintomi ( tosse, dolore al petto ) specificando di essere un soggetto fortemente asmatico allergico. Il farmacista mi dà un prodotto dicendomi di prenderlo la sera prima di coricarmi. La sera apro il prodotto..leggo il bugiardino per vedere la posologia e leggo al PUNTO 1 DELLE CONTROINDICAZIONI: Fortemente sconsigliato ai soggetti asmatici ( provoca forte restringimento bronchiale ).
Cosa altro aggiungere? Per fortuna io ho letto, ma se non lo avessi fatto? Vergogna!!!! Soldi buttati e ho rischiato la salute!!
Pure incompetence. After a very strong nocturnal asthma crisis, finding myself in Ferrara on a trip and without a doctor's prescription, I ask for a temporary remedy to alleviate the symptoms (cough, chest pain) specifying that I am a highly allergic asthmatic subject. The pharmacist gives me a product and tells me to take it in the evening before going to bed. In the evening I open the product .. I read the leaflet to see the dosage and I read at POINT 1 OF THE CONTRAINDICATIONS: Strongly not recommended for asthmatics (it causes severe bronchial narrowing).
What else to add? Luckily I have read, but what if I didn't? Shame!!!! Money down the drain and I risked my health !!
