A	Angelo Bolognini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'acquisto della moto tutto perfetto sono stati davvero bravi in tutto regalandomi una bottiglia di vino alla consegna della moto , però ahimè dopo 3 mesi ho avuto problemi con il mezzo (Yamaha FZ6) che non rendeva più , così l'ho portata indietro da loro , ma alla fine hanno dato la Colpa allo scarico che gli ho montato(solo terminale , non completo) , cosi ascoltandoli l'ho riportata come in origine , ma il problema persisteva , ho dovuto sostituire le bobine perché difettose , magari avrei preferito che si accertassero che il problema fosse realmente quello che dicevano perché venivo da Milano Est e tra lasciare la moto e riprenderla sono saltate due mattinate a vuoto , At the purchase of the bike, everything was perfect, they were really good at everything, giving me a bottle of wine when the bike was delivered, but alas after 3 months I had problems with the vehicle (Yamaha FZ6) that was no longer performing, so I took it back from them, but in the end they gave the blame to the exhaust that I mounted (terminal only, not complete), so listening to them I reported it as originally, but the problem persisted, I had to replace the coils because they were defective, maybe I would have preferred that they made sure that the problem was really what they said because I was coming from East Milan and between leaving the bike and taking it back, two empty mornings were skipped,

A parte il fatto che ho trovato lo scooter che volevo per mia moglie ( perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista, motore, carrozzeria, gomme,ecc.) il personale é gentilissimo e altamente competente. Non potevo capitare in posto migliore. Sono proprio soddisfatto. Senza dubbio consiglieró il concessionario BONTEMPI MOTO agli amici e a chi avrà bisogno di una due ruote. Grazie. Dopo aver atteso 2 giorni scrivo per avere informazioni e mi dicono che la moto è stata venduta. Ovviamete pensando di averla acquistata ho rinunciato ad un'altra trattiva.Senza parole.... In base alle tue esigenze ti fanno le varie proposte (tra una vasta gamma di alternative) e soprattutto ti consigliano il meglio in base alla tua esperienza/esigenza/informazione. Sono entrata per guardare e in base alle mie richieste mi hanno fatto vedere il primo modello che è poi quello scelto e sono uscita con la moto, ma senza essere invadenti e senza spingere nella scelta. Bravi!! Very good and professional. D	Daniele Niro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo visto online un loro annuncio riguardo uno scooter che anch'io posseggo, come prima cosa ho notato inesattezze sulle informazioni sulla produzione del veicolo: infatti, come da scheda tecnica, il modello in questione è stato prodotto fino al 2001,mentre nel loro annuncio è indicata l'immatricolazione nel 2003,oltretutto si tratta di uno scooter a presa diretta e non con cambio manuale. A parte questi errori in cui voglio sperare ci sia buona fede, vedendo che il prezzo a cui lo vendono è di 2500 euro, chiedo se e a quanto sarebbero disposti ad acquistare il mio, con caratteristiche quasi identiche a quello che hanno loro in vendita. Mi vengono offerti solo 500 euro e quando cerco di trattare un po sul prezzo mi rispondono che non c'è mercato per cui non hanno valore questi scooter,dunque quando gli faccio notare che però, non avranno anche molto mercato ma loro lo vendono comunque a 2500 euro, non mi rispondono nemmeno alla mia osservazione e soprassiedono. A questo punto, ora, capisco che un concessionario ci debba guadagnare, per carità, è normalissimo e rientra nel l'ovvio, ma specularci per guadagnarci 5 volte mi sembra un tantino esagerato, oltre che mi sa abbastanza di presa in giro.
