Hanno reauscitato la mia moto che era morta da due anni ed ora gode di una nuova giovinezza! Inoltre Ercole ha un gran fiuto per le moto belle ed andare a visitarlo è sempre una tentazione!

Le ragioni della mia valutazione:
1)Efficacia delle riparazioni.
2) Prezzo.
3) Assistenza al cliente.
1) Portai una benelli tnt 125 nell'estate scorsa e mi è stata consegnata soltanto a novembre. Oltre queste tempistiche, improponibili, aggiungo che la moto si è rotta il giorno dopo. La rottura, a mio avviso, era la medesima che mi aveva portato da loro ma anche se i signori avessero ragione, e quindi la rottura avesse una una natura differente, mi chiedo che tipo di verifiche abbiano fatto sulla mia moto prima di consegnarmela.
2) Parlando con il meccanico mi rassicurò che il pezzo, una centralina, mi sarebbe costata 100 euro circa e che non mi sarebbe costata molto la manodopera. All'atto di pagarli, il titolare, mi chiese ben 520 EURO.
3)Appena rimasto con la moto chiamai l'aci e, visto che il giorno prima gli avevo sborsato ben 520 euro, al titolare feci capire che il costo dell'assistenza stradale sarebbe stato a suo carico. Lui mi disse di non poter prelevarlo poiché a breve, e questa era la verità, sarebbe partito a Milano per l'EICMA ma mi rassicurò che l'avrebbe prelevata una volta ritornato a Cosenza.
Sono trascorsi 9 giorni e i signori non si sono fatti più sentire, fortuna vuole che prelevai immediatamente la moto, così da evitare il salasso all'aci, proprio perché avevo capito l'andazzo.
Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei: hanno perso un cliente e, soprattutto, sicuramente non consiglierò l'officina se mi dovesse capitare l'occasione.

The reasons for my assessment:
1) Effectiveness of repairs.
2) Price.
3) Customer assistance.
1) I brought a benelli tnt 125 last summer and it was delivered to me only in November. Beyond these unrealistic times, I would add that the bike broke down the next day. The break, in my opinion, was the same one that had brought me to them but even if the gentlemen were right, and therefore the break was of a different nature, I wonder what kind of checks they did on my bike before handing it over to me.
2) Speaking with the mechanic, he reassured me that the piece, a control unit, would cost me about 100 euros and that it would not cost me much labor. Upon paying them, the owner asked me for a good 520 EURO.
3) As soon as I was left with the bike, I called ACI and, seeing that the day before I had paid him a good 520 euros, I made it clear to the owner that the cost of roadside assistance would be at his expense. He told me he could not pick it up because soon, and this was the truth, he would be leaving for Milan for the EICMA but he reassured me that he would pick it up once he returned to Cosenza.
9 days have passed and the gentlemen have not made themselves heard anymore, luckily I immediately picked up the bike, so as to avoid the ace bloodletting, precisely because I had understood the trend.
If I could put 0 stars I would do it: they have lost a customer and, above all, I will certainly not recommend the workshop if the opportunity arises.
