Arrivata dopo 20 minuti mi avevano già riconosciuto e il Sig. Vito con il quale avevo parlato al telefono mi ha subito fatto la verifica, spiegandomi il problema e alla mia richiesta di pagamento mi ha detto nessun costo. Veramente molto cortesia e disponibili oltre ad essere molto molto professionali. Assolutamente consigliato e bravi ancora a tutto il Team, continuate così! I needed to go to the Bolidea workshop because suddenly the orange engine light of my Mercedes A-Class came on on the motorway; phoning to announce my passage they answered me in a very courteous and helpful way, telling me to come by and attach the car to the diagnostics. When I arrived after 20 minutes they had already recognized me and Mr. Vito with whom I had spoken on the phone immediately checked me, explaining the problem and at my request for payment he told me no cost. Really very kind and helpful as well as being very very professional. Absolutely recommended and still good to the whole team, keep it up!

Marco per una vettura, anche se superava il nostro budget non ha chiuso subito la trattativa bensì ha cercato di venirmi incontro con disponibilità, professionalità e tanta pazienza. Ogni cosa promessa è stata mantenuta, alla consegna della macchina è arrivato puntuale con una bottiglia di prosecco che produce la ditta. Che dire, concessionario e venditore consigliatissimi! We got in touch with Mr. Marco for a car, even if it exceeded our budget he did not close the deal immediately but tried to meet me with availability, professionalism and a lot of patience. Everything promised was kept, on delivery of the machine he arrived on time with a bottle of prosecco that the company produces. What can I say, highly recommended dealer and seller!
