Ho chiesto pertanto di essere passata a qualcuno che mi potesse aiutare, da questo punto di vista. La sig.ra che ha risposto, non è stata per niente gentile. Sgarbata, maleducata ha continuato a ripetere che sul sito c'erano tutte le informazioni che mi servivano. Al che ho fatto presente che mi sarei indirizzata altrove se non avessi avuto tutte le informazioni, ma ostinata ha continuato a ripete così. Non avevo bisogno di molto, solo una piccola consulenza telefonica, dato che nel caso, avrei aperto anche da sola online. Mah, aime, con personale di questo tipo, uno si rivolge a un competitor.
