Filiale in largo Battisti con 2 giorni di cassa chiusa e bancomat veloce fuori servizio....
Non la consiglio a nessuno....servizio pessimo
A shame!
Branch in Largo Battisti with 2 days of closed cashier and fast ATM out of service ....
I don't recommend it to anyone .... bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale "BANCOMAT" squallido, sporcizia a non finire e al lato della tastiera addirittura ESCREMENTI. Ci sono stato oggi pomeriggio, c'erano altre 2 signore x fare delle operazioni e pure loro erano disgustate. 1 vergogna, molto meglio la filiale di P. Cella.
Shabby "ATM" room, endless dirt and even ESCREMENTI on the side of the keyboard. I was there this afternoon, there were 2 other ladies to do some operations and they too were disgusted. 1 shame, much better the branch of Fr.Cella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella meno non si può dare. Da giovedì 3 giugno non riesco ad ottenere appuntamento, non posso rimanere incollata al telefono, ho altro da fare. Nella succursale di via zecca personale maleducato, una impiegata donna mi ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia. In Largo Battisti, non rispondono neanche. Credo che dopo 45 anni cambierò banca.
One less star cannot be given. Since Thursday 3 June I can't get an appointment, I can't stay glued to the phone, I have other things to do. In the branch of via zecca rude staff, a female employee slammed the phone in my face. In Largo Battisti, they don't even answer. I believe that after 45 years I will change banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio ai clienti pessimo , al telefono non rispondono MAI.. e quando ti presenti sono incompetenti e maleducati… non bisognerebbe fare di tutta L erba un fascio però è veramente peggiorata la situazione!
Bad customer service, they NEVER answer on the phone .. and when you show up they are incompetent and rude ... you shouldn't bother with all the weed but the situation has really worsened!
