Gli impiegati alla reception molto maleducati e svogliati. Alcuni dipendenti senza mascherina. Voglia di lavorare pari allo zero
Not being a customer, I went in today to ask for info to become one ... as soon as I entered I waited the beauty of 10 minutes before someone deigned to speak to me. Very rude and listless front desk employees. Some employees without a mask. Want to work zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, incompetenti, menefreghisti e svogliati! Iniziata una pratica di successione il 22 novembre e non ancora terminata oggi dopo che inizialmente mi avevano parlato di 30/40 giorni. Sono passati 6 mesi e ancora non ci hanno liquidato quello che ci spetta! Telefoni e non rispondono o se rispondono passano la telefonata al collega che guarda a caso non risponde mai...raccontano balle per farti stare tranquillo ma al sodo non si arriva mai... Sconsiglio a chiunque di aprire conti con questa filiale perché i consulenti fanno solo il loro gioco e non si occupano accuratamente del cliente essendo per altro di un'incompetenza allucinante! Pessima esperienza, pessime persone che lavorano in sede e pessimo il sistema generale di gestione!
Bad, incompetent, indifferent and listless! A succession procedure started on November 22nd and not yet finished today after they initially told me about 30/40 days. It's been 6 months and they still haven't paid us what we owe! Phones and they do not answer or if they answer they pass the phone call to the colleague who looks at random never answers ... they tell lies to make you feel comfortable but you never get to the point ... I do not recommend anyone to open accounts with this branch because the consultants they just play their game and do not take care of the customer carefully, being, on the other hand, a hallucinating incompetence! Bad experience, bad people working on site and bad general management system!
