My bank for many years ... but I don't like the location in the historic center. Uncomfortable. It was better in via Colombo with its parking lot.

Spero che al più presto vengano ripristinati i servizi al cliente che hanno sempre contraddistinto CheBanca. The new headquarters in via Calzolai greatly worsens the level of customer service offered by CheBanca, since the counter is NOT open on Saturday morning and the POS, in addition to being slow, DOES NOT have the function of depositing cash and checks. I hope that the customer services that have always distinguished CheBanca will be restored as soon as possible.
t	tommaso checchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella solo per la posizione della banca. Purtroppo in zona ztl non si riesce ad andare e nemmeno a trovare parcheggio nelle zone vicine. Per il resto la banca offre sempre un ottimo punto per le operazioni automatiche. Forse il bancomat è un po' lento. I give a star just for the bank's position. Unfortunately in ZTL zone you can not go and even find parking nearby areas. For the rest, the bank always offers an excellent point for automatic operations. Maybe the ATM is a little slow.

Per fortuna non ho bisogno spesso di andare allo sportello fisico, ma ora perdo molto più tempo e la soluzione meno peggio è andare il sabato mattina. Avevano poi gestito veramente male il periodo di transizione, con la filiale di via Colombo chiusa e quella in via Calzolai non ancora aperta, e da nessuna parte informazioni precise. Sono una delle clienti della 'prima ora' e finora senza alcun grosso motivo di scontento, ma l'impressione è che ci sia un peggioramento generale. Il mio giudizio negativo è limitato alla sola esperienza con questo punto fisico - per il resto , sono con Che Banca da anni, non ho mai avuto disguidi e mi trovo molto bene. - la raccomanderei sicuramente. Ci ritroviamo senza liquidità con due bambini!!! Questo è sequestro del conto corrente non andate in questa banca sono da denuncia! Ci sta l'errore ma non disattivi il vecchio bancomat prima di essere sicuro che il cliente abbia in mano il nuovo o per lo meno mi fai avere il nuovo bancomat immediatamente!!!! T	Tania Berletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci risiamo, dopo essere stata per ben 2 mesi lo scorso anno senza bancomat perchè inviato all'indirizzo errato e non si sa perchè visto che è il medesimo da oltre 20anni, ora idem come sopra tessera nuova non pervenuta e bancomat bloccato con pessime figura al momento dell'uso. Una cosa è certa non ricapiterà una terza volta perchè di banche è pieno il mondo. Tanti saluti e a mai più.
