PESSIMA BANCA, DA SCAPPARE!!!
I walked into this branch with a € 50 bank check issued by them and they refused to exchange it just because I didn't have an account with their bank. FROM COMPLAINT !!!

Definitely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Staff so annoying to prefer the relationship with a pc. Too bad that not all the operations can be done online

I have been a customer for some time and I no longer even live in the province where the branch resides, however every time I call for support the staff are always polite and always help me solve the problem
