K	King Star on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il gelato è buono, sicuramente nel passato tra i migliori di Piacenza (oggi c'è una concorrenza di qualità) l'unica nota negativa è la relazione col cliente (es. non poter provare un gusto), e forse a causa della crisi covid ti fanno pagare il gelato a peso (il più caro in città 27,5 Euro al kg) ma non solo in vaschetta, ma proprio anche la coppetta, viene riempita e poi pesata. Quindi una coppetta media che altrove paghi sui 3 Euro, dal Signor Gelato viene 7 Euro, per 3 gusti. Fosse almeno scritto, potrei capire, infatti ho notato che i coni vengono riempiti con palline minuscole. Forse non hanno molte nozioni di economia, ma se le vendite sono basse la soluzione non è alzare i prezzi. Peccato. The ice cream is good, certainly in the past among the best in Piacenza (today there is a quality competition) the only negative note is the relationship with the customer (e.g. not being able to try a taste), and perhaps because of the covid crisis they make you pay for the ice cream by weight (the most expensive in the city 27.5 Euros per kg) but not only in the tub, but also the cup, it is filled and then weighed. So an average cup that elsewhere you pay around 3 Euros, at Signor Gelato is 7 Euros, for 3 flavors. If it were at least written, I could understand, in fact I noticed that the cones are filled with tiny balls. They may not have much knowledge of economics, but if the sales are low the solution is not to raise the prices. Pity.
