Gestisco una azienda in cui ho molte mercedes e per necessità a volte mi sono recato alla loro officina, e ho avuto sempre problemi. non rispettano i giorni di riconsegna del veicolo, a volte il problema sembrava risolto ma rispuntava non appena l'auto veniva riconsegnata, e in più le riparazioni comunque costano quasi come alla casa mercedes. Really poor customer service. I run a company where I have many mercedes and out of necessity I sometimes went to their workshop, and I always had problems. they do not respect the days of return of the vehicle, at times the problem seemed solved but it reappeared as soon as the car was returned, and in addition the repairs still cost almost as much as at the mercedes house.

L	Leonardo Pellegrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzanti!! Auto portata 3 volte all'assistenza. La prima volta me l'hanno riconsegnata con ancora la spia di errore accesa (non l'hanno neanche provata). La seconda ci avranno PROVATO, ma alla consegna (dopo 3 settimane) dopo aver speso 1400€ per marmitta catalitica e iniettore ADBlue (dopo solo 60.000km), me la riconsegnano dicendo che il problema é della CASA MADRE, in tutto ció mi sono ritrovato a spendere 1400€ di noleggio per lavoro e a dover pagare 25€ di ADBLUE, ritrovandomi con l'auto in riserva. SIETE IMBARAZZANTI Embarassing!! Car brought 3 times to assistance. The first time they returned it to me with the error light still on (they didn't even try it). The second will have TRIED, but upon delivery (after 3 weeks) after spending € 1400 for catalytic converter and ADBlue injector (after only 60,000km), they return it to me saying that the problem is the MOTHER HOUSE, in all this I found myself to spend 1400 € of rental for work and having to pay 25 € of ADBLUE, finding myself with the car in reserve. YOU ARE EMBARRASSING
