We used one of their offices (at the Malpensa airport) to pick up travel cards. The service was absolutely terrible, the person working there was rude and completely disengaged. He seemed more preoccupied listening to football match commentary than serving customers.

DON'T BUY YOUR TICKET ONLINE. We bought the bus ticket online to reserve a seat to Bergamo Airport from Milan. We wanted to ensure an early arrival to catch our flight. When we got to the location they send us in an email it turns out it was the incorrect one. We had to run across the entire central station of Milan. We still arrived 5 minutes earlier than departure. When suddenly the bus left in front of our eyes. I asked the guy who was checking the tickets why the bus left, he told me: "you have to be 15 minutes earlier". The ticket is not a reservation, it's just a ticket you can use on any bus that drives to the airport that day. Since they only drive once an hour we had to take another one. They also don't offer refund and customer support is the worst. ?

The ticketing guy (black guy) was so rude. One of our bags was quite big and we wanted to store it under the bus storage n we asked him politely if we could do so but instead he raised his voice and told us to place the bag under the seat. We barely could fit our bags under the seat. That's not how you should treat your customers. This company should educate their employees some basic manners. You don't deserve even a star from us.

I was very pleased with this service. My airline changed airport for my connection so I had to get to Linate from Milano Centrale. I found this company with Google and for only €5, I got to the airport in a comfortable mini bus. I couldn't have got a better service for such a reasonable price anywhere else! Highly recommended!

We booked tickets in advance for the bus in order to make it in time for our flight. Upon putting some of our luggage onto the bus, the driver began shouting at us to take it out, stating that 'the bus was full', going so far as to take our bags and throw them out himself. This aggression continued while we tried to explain that we had bought tickets in advance, but got shouted away and had to resort to another bus line to catch our flight on time. We saw another couple that suffered the same fate. We will be pressing to get a refund, but all I can do otherwise is recommend people avoid this 'service'.
