★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto carino, buona scelta di pietanze da scegliere in base ad un menù già prestabilito, ma si può modificare in base alle proprie preferenze in abbinamento anche calici di vino. Alcuni piatti mi sono piaciuti altri un pò meno ma nel complesso direi buono. La mia valutazione a tre stelle è stato per l'attesa troppo lunga tra il primo e il secondo (1 ora). Visto il prezzo non economico si potrebbe fare un servizio migliore e non far attendere alcuni clienti così tanto...
 Very nice place, good choice of dishes to choose from a pre-established menu, but you can change it according to your preferences in combination with glasses of wine. Some dishes I liked others a little less but overall I would say good. My three star rating was for the too long wait between the first and second (1 hour). Given the not cheap price you could do a better service and not make some customers wait so long ...

Tutto il resto era strepitoso. Selezione di vini ottima.
Awesome. All very good. The only dish that I didn't like (personal tastes) was the zabaglione with kimChi. But I repeat. Personal tastes. Sushi made to order was terrific. Very warm welcome.
Everything else was great. Great wine selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pranzato qui a Natale, prima esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente perché gli accostamenti, i gusti, le composizioni, i sapori inaspettati e sempre gradevoli sono stati una sorpresa davvero soddisfacente.
Non è certamente un locale economico, ma la qualità di ciò che viene preparato e servito con amore vale ogni centesimo. Non vedo l'ora di avere l'occasione giusta per tornarci!
We had lunch here at Christmas, first experience. We will definitely come back because the combinations, tastes, compositions, unexpected and always pleasant flavors were a really satisfying surprise.
It is certainly not a cheap place, but the quality of what is prepared and served with love is worth every penny. Can't wait to have the right opportunity to go back!

Lovely place in the Mocheni Valley. The "Roots" menu is a journey of exceptional flavors, the dessert hit me in an "emotional" way! Congratulations to the young chef of the kitchen. Professional and very courteous staff. Prices in keeping with experience.

La cucina è di alto livello, tipica e ricercata.
Menù da scegliere tra degustazione e alla carta.
Tutto meraviglioso dall'antipasto al secondo, qualità e sapori eccellenti.
Il dolce era buonissimo, non mi ha fatto impazzire come tutto il resto, ma sono gusti personali...voi non avrete problemi.

The cuisine is of a high standard, typical and refined.
Menu to choose between tasting and à la carte.
All wonderful from the starter to the second, excellent quality and flavors.
The dessert was very good, I was not crazy like everything else, but they are personal tastes ... you will have no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant surprise on the top of valle dei mocheni, Trentino. The restaurant is managed by a young couple, the chef is well trained and dares to offer something more than the usual traditional. Overall well presented dishes, with good texture and taste combinations. I wasn’t super happy with the starter fish tartare, it was served at room temperature and it lacked a bit of depth. However great mastery of the meat dishes! Also great the desserts and the wine pairings. Very fair the price. With some more experience it has the potential for a star! Definitely recommended and will be back to see the development of the kitchen!! Go for it guys!
