Porto molto pulito e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Nella foto vedete lo stufato del giorno, carne tenerissima e di ottimo gusto. Il tomino ai 3 latti col miele ha meritato addirittura il bis. In 2 con bottiglia di vino e digestivo abbiamo speso 65€, direi davvero ottimo rapporto qualità - quantità s prezzo A place discovered by pure chance, wandering around Castell'Alfero, immediately looks like a simple square bar, but inside it contains a truly exquisite cuisine, of excellent quality and quantity. I prezzi sono corretti e il proprietario disponibile. Da provare!!! We were there on Saturday for lunch, postcard scenery, parking available, quiet place, refined and well-finished dishes. Stefano, il locandiere, è una persona meravigliosa e sempre sorridente. Ovviamente si mangia e si beve benissimo. Tappa obbligata x chi è nel Monferrato. Wonderful place, with a crazy view and inside one of the most beautiful castles in Piedmont. Stefano, the innkeeper, is a wonderful and always smiling person. Obviously you eat and drink very well. A must for those in Monferrato.

Posto molto suggestivo, piazzale storico molto bello, locale piccolino e raccolto, gentilissimo proprietario, ottimi vini, prezzi accessibili, cibo buono, niente stranezze, fatto bene. Quindi, tutto molto piacevole. So che in estate si possono prendere ottimi aperitivi sul bel dehor con vista su quella bellissima piazza e giardiio settecentesco al lato, Torneremo!!!! Spero anche che in estate tornino ad aprire prima delle 18:30, proprio per gli aperitivi. Had dinner last night with some friends. Very suggestive place, very nice historic square, small and cozy place, very kind owner, excellent wines, affordable prices, good food, no oddities, done well. So, all very pleasant. I know that in summer you can have excellent aperitifs on the beautiful outdoor area with a view of that beautiful square and eighteenth-century garden to the side, We will be back !!!! I also hope that in the summer they will open again before 6:30 pm, just for the aperitifs.

La cucina curata e ricercata ma abbondante nella porzione. Consiglio vivamente! Really delicious family dinner, great the host very kind and professional. I took a party of 7 people, dishes arrived randomly, waiting staff didn't seem to understand the side dishes need to accompany meat dishes, the raw meat (carne cruda) was grey. When I complained with the owner, he became all aggressive and rude and accused us of being troublemakers as nobody else had complained. We paid (including the dishes that hadn't being served after a long wait) and left with a rather bad taste in our mouth. Try the restaurant Da Marisa on the opposite side of the building, great views, great food (all the times) and lovely staff.
