V	Valeria Quagio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio compagno abbiamo utilizzato uno smartbox in questo b&b: la struttura è bellissima e la vista meravigliosa, l appartamento molto accogliente e pulito. Il giudizio assolutamente negativo va al bar, utilizzato la sera del 7 per stuzzicare qualcosa dato che non avevamo fame. Ci hanno proposto una cena ovvero un aperitivo e ingenuamente non abbiamo chiesto i prezzi. Un piattino con un pezzettino di focaccia e una fettina di torta salata 4 euro cad, un tagliere fatto da 4 fette di salumi e due pezzi di formaggi 10 euro ciascuno, un piattino con 2 fette di vitello tonnato e un cucchiaio di insalata russa 4 euro ciascuno(tra l altro cibo comprato dal supermercato, aperto e messo sul piatto). Insomma pagato in due 64 euro, non fatto lo scontrino e prezzi decisi al momento dalla signora e scritto su un foglio di carta. Per concludere, sono stata male tutta la notte. Mi spiace davvero perché la struttura merita tantissimo, ma ci vuole più correttezza e rispetto dei propri ospiti My partner and I used a smartbox in this b & b: the structure is beautiful and the view wonderful, the apartment very welcoming and clean. The absolutely negative judgment goes to the bar, used on the evening of 7 to tease something since we weren't hungry. They offered us a dinner or an aperitif and naively we didn't ask for prices. A saucer with a small piece of focaccia and a slice of savory pie 4 euros each, a cutting board made up of 4 slices of cured meats and two pieces of cheese 10 euros each, a saucer with 2 slices of veal with tuna sauce and a spoonful of Russian salad 4 euros each (among other food bought from the supermarket, opened and placed on the plate). In short, paid in two 64 euros, no receipt and prices decided at the time by the lady and written on a sheet of paper. Finally, I was sick all night. I'm really sorry because the structure deserves a lot, but it takes more fairness and respect for its guests

La spa era bella, peccato l'intrusione continua da parte del personale per pulire o riempire le vasche per l'appuntamento successivo, non permettendo così un po' di privacy. first the room we stayed in was not clean at all, full of dust. The spa was nice, too bad the constant intrusion by the staff to clean or refill the tubs for the next appointment, thus not allowing some privacy.

La struttura accogliente ma la CENA scadendente e pessima.Tutta roba comprata al supermercato e scaldata al momento. 2 antipasti misti (vitello tonnato, insalata russa acida, torta salata surgelata)1 cannellone, 1mix penoso di salumi e formaggi comprati al supermercato, due dolci confezionati più vino caffè 71 €. La cosa più brutta e che nn ti danno la lista con i prezzi. Colazione lasciamo perdere scarsa. Una presa in giro. We spent a weekend with the Smartbox. The welcoming structure but the poor and terrible DINNER. All stuff bought at the supermarket and heated at the moment. 2 mixed starters (veal with tuna sauce, sour Russian salad, frozen quiche) 1 cannelloni, 1 painful mix of meats and cheeses bought at the supermarket, two packaged desserts plus wine and coffee € 71. The worst thing is that they don't give you the list with the prices. Breakfast we forget poor. A mockery.

La colazione da poveri 2 fette biscottate e 2 croissant vuote.....non ho capito l'insegna con scritta bar. La spa carina ma niente di eccezionale. Al momento del pagamento la sorpresa di 71€ For hospitality nothing to complain about the beautiful room, very spacious and warm. The BAD kitchen products from the supermarket with exaggerated prices for the quality. The poor breakfast 2 rusks and 2 empty croissants ..... I did not understand the sign with the word bar. Nice spa but nothing great. At the time of payment the surprise of 71 €

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era davvero spaziosa,bagno grande e pulito. Unica nota stonata un po' troppi insetti,ma d'altronde siamo in campagna. Bar con una piccola cucina. Personale e titolari gentili e simpatici. Affettati e formaggi discreti,scelta dal vino nulla,essendo nel Monferrato si potrebbe fare qualcosa in più. Prezzi sopra la media. Ma nel complesso esperienza positiva. A truly remarkable structure, a small but intimate and well-kept spa. The girl who receives you is really kind and prepared. The room that was assigned to us was really spacious, large and clean bathroom. The only discordant note is a little too many insects, but on the other hand we are in the countryside. Bar with a small kitchen. Friendly and nice staff and owners. Discrete cold cuts and cheeses, no choice from the wine, being in Monferrato you could do something more. Prices above average. But overall positive experience.
B	Barbara Cazzolla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo state qui, io e mia sorella, per un weekend alla ricerca del totale relax e di qualche coccola...beh la Casa di Alice ci ha accolto ed è stato più che all'altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Glicine: molto grande, pulito e in un palazzo splendido; tutta la struttura è "fiabesca". Abbiamo usufruito del servizio nel Centro Benessere Stregatto: semplicemente fantastico! Abbiamo pranzato e preso un aperitivo nel bar "il Cappellaio Matto" godendo del sole nel giardino. Il personale è squisito! Decisamente consigliato. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo posto magico. We were here, my sister and I, for a weekend in search of total relaxation and some pampering ... well the Casa di Alice welcomed us and it more than lived up to expectations. We stayed in the Glicine apartment: very large, clean and in a splendid building; the whole structure is "fairytale". We used the service in the Stregatto Wellness Center: simply fantastic! We had lunch and had an aperitif in the bar "Il Cappellaio Matto" enjoying the sun in the garden. The staff are exquisite! Definitely recommended. We hope to be able to return to this magical place soon.

Personale molto simpatico e disponibile. Il centro benessere, che non è una spa, è fornito di idromassaggio, sauna, doccia emozionale e grotta di sale. Ragazza del centro benessere carina e professionale. La colazione purtroppo scarsa e con prodotti industriali. Con piccoli accorgimenti, il potenziale sarebbe elevato. Il paese nel quale si trova purtroppo di certo non li aiuta! Proven location for a weekend with friends, via smartbox. Structure externally well maintained and very beautiful, simple but functional rooms, the only flaw are the pillows! Very nice and helpful staff. The wellness center, which is not a spa, is equipped with a whirlpool, a sauna, an emotional shower and a salt grotto. Cute and professional spa girl. Unfortunately the breakfast is poor and with industrial products. With small adjustments, the potential would be high. The country in which it is located unfortunately certainly does not help them!
