M	Mattia Vada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzo con menú degustazione: 5 antipasti, 2 primi, 1 secondo, tris di dolci con vino e caffé. Antipasti davvero buoni, i bocconcini di castagne con pancetta e miele sono stati una piacevole scoperta. I primi nulla di eccezionale: i maltagliati erano stati tirati eccessivamente e sono stati serviti con un sugo alla salsiccia decisamente acido; la zuppa di ceci molto delicata, seppur di esigua quantità. Nulla da dire sul pollo alla cacciatora, fatto molto bene, seppur le cornette di contorno erano leggermente tristi. Purtroppo, il tris di dolci é stato molto deludente: mattonella ( in tutti i sensi ) al cacao, semifreddo servito direttamente dal congelatore da quanto era congelato e strüdel fortunatamente nella media. Il tutto per 25€ piú 1€ a bottiglia di acqua (in plastica), forse un po’ troppo. Senza infamia e senza lode, non penso tornerò. Lunch with tasting menu: 5 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course, trio of desserts with wine and coffee. Really good appetizers, the chestnut bites with bacon and honey were a pleasant discovery. The first courses were nothing exceptional: the maltagliati had been excessively pulled and served with a decidedly acid sausage sauce; very delicate chickpea soup, albeit of a small quantity. Nothing to say about the chicken cacciatore, done very well, although the side dishes were slightly sad. Unfortunately, the trio of desserts was very disappointing: tile (in all senses) with cocoa, semifreddo served directly from the freezer since it was frozen and fortunately average strüdel. All for € 25 plus € 1 per bottle of water (plastic), perhaps a little too much. Without infamy and without praise, I don't think I'll be back.

Al ristorante c'era molta gente del posto, il locale tipico piemontese, propone sia un menù che la possibilità di mangiare alla carta e vini tipici della zona. Il servizio è molto curato, sia da parte del ragazzo che della ragazza, l'ambiente è molto dettagliato e accurato e il conto in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato. Lo consiglierò. The restaurant is located in the center of Villa San Secondo, in the province of Asti, it has an internal and an external part where you can eat, the prices are very good and we have booked for lunch. At the restaurant there were many locals, the typical Piedmontese restaurant, offers both a menu and the possibility of eating à la carte and wines typical of the area. The service is very accurate, both from the boy and the girl, the environment is very detailed and accurate and the bill in line with what we ate. I will recommend it.

Siamo rimasti estasiati da questa cucina piemontese fresca e rivisitata in chiave moderna. Le porzioni sono generose e dosate al tempo stesso. Veramente ottimo il vino bianco della casa. 3) Servizio: L'energia del cameriere/caposala è il fulcro dell'esperienza positiva di questo locale. La passione che trasmette ti inebria e ti condiziona al meglio la serata. Molto simpatica e vivace anche quella che io credo possa essere la proprietaria della trattoria. 4) Location: Angusta, ma intima, curata e molto carina. Ho avuto per più attimi la sensazione di conoscere tutti i presenti nel locale. 5) Conto/Prezzo: Più che ottimo. 6) Frequentazione: Prima volta. 1) Activities carried out: Dinner. 2) Menu: We wanted to try the tasting menu and what about ... Very nice and lively also the one that I believe may be the owner of the restaurant. 4) Location: Cramped, but intimate, well-kept and very pretty.
