Il personale composto da ragazzine (per lo più arroganti) scarsamente preparate e incapaci di gestire una vendita che è partita male e finita peggio con tempi di attesa lunghissimi (per una riparazione peraltro consigliata dal personale stesso) e costi aggiuntivi che non erano stati né comunicati né concordati. Ho avuto l'impressione che non volessero assumersi la responsabilità delle proprie azioni e tendevano a darsi la colpa l'un l'altra annoverando scuse e giustificazioni decisamente discutibili. Nessuna possibilità di poter parlare con un responsabile. Azienda poco raccomandabile e sconsigliata. Bad experience from every point of view: management, professionalism and attention to the customer completely absent. The staff composed of (mostly arrogant) girls poorly prepared and unable to manage a sale that started badly and ended worse with very long waiting times (for a repair also recommended by the staff itself) and additional costs that had not been communicated nor agreed. I had the impression that they did not want to take responsibility for their actions and tended to blame each other by counting highly questionable excuses and justifications. No chance to speak to a manager. Company not recommended and not recommended.

Sconsiglio vivamente Bad organization, few interesting objects.
