Mi ha detto che uno charm era fuori produzione e non era vero perché lo ho acquistato sul sito, il tutto contornato da una mancanza totale di disponibilità. Ho acquistato il minimo indispensabile, con l'intento di andate in un altro negozio o di tornare quando non ci fosse lei (con altre mi sono sempre trovata benissimo). V	Valeria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace tanto ma mi è stato detto che i punti di gennaio 22non sarebbero scaduti fino all'anno 2023 e invece dopo un acquisto x il quale ho accumulato 5 punti mi è poi stata mandata una mail con scritto che sarebbero scaduti al 28 febbraio 2022!!!!! Non hanno risposto al telefono x due settimane , e solo oggi mi è stato detto che è stata una decisione presa dopo il mio acquisto ... scorretto chi ha preso questa decisione , magari non avrei speso tutti quei soldi e avrei acquistato in seguito. Essendoci sposati da poco, la ricordo ancora bene, quindi la comunico. La commessa per risposta mi dice se va bene una taglia con una scala di misura diversa... Al che la guardo e penso: "cosa mi chiedi a fare se conosco la misura se tanto mi proponi una scala che non conosco?" Va bene, mi fido di lei. Lo compro. Lo regalo a mia moglie.. è enorme.... Ritorniamo in negozio e spieghiamo ad un altra ragazza l'accaduto. Sta volta mia moglie può provarli.. Esiste la taglia ma non hanno in negozio l'anello.. e a domanda: "possiamo ordinarlo?", risposta..: " eh, non lo so, lasciateci un numero e vi facciamo sapere".... Morale: regalo di Natale, niente.. Cambio, nulla.. Notizie, nessune... Sarà un caso del negozio di Genova alla Fiumara, ma le commesse non sono preparate. Per nulla. I have to tell the truth, I thought better.
