★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giudizio negativo e unicamente a fronte della negazione di emettere un buono reso merce, peraltro nemmeno in saldo, e comunque ritengo sia una condizione inaccettabile.
Soltanto la professionalità e la disponibilità della dipendente alla cassa ed al responsabile del negozio hanno fatto si che probabilmente tornerò ad acquistare, altrimenti non mi avrebbero più visto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio carino e molto forniti, peccato che il personale è disattento, mia figlia ha comprato un paio di scarpe, dopo averle provate il commesso le ha portate in cassa, non le ha usate subito e quando ha aperto la scatola le scarpe dentro erano diverse, essendo passato qualche giorno non hanno voluto sostituirle. Quindi guardate che siano uguali prima di pagare.
Nice shop and very well stocked, too bad the staff is inattentive, my daughter bought a pair of shoes, after trying them on the salesman brought them to the cashier, he didn't use them immediately and when he opened the box the shoes inside were different, having passed a few days they did not want to replace them. So check that they are the same before paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale, marche diverse ma poca scelta. Se potessi dare un consiglio, Organizzerei meglio gli spazi le cose non mi sembrano ben disposte, sfruttando meglio gli spazi ci starebbero più articoli.
Friendly staff, different brands but little choice. If I could give some advice, I would better organize the spaces things do not seem well arranged, making better use of the spaces there would be more articles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo. ho comprato un paio di pantaloncini ma siccome non erano di gradimento al festeggiato li ho riportati al negozio dopo 6 giorni. la cassiera ANTIPATICISSIMA mi ha detto che non potevo ne cambiare ne avere un rimborso, sul sito nella sezione “politica resi e rimborsi” c’è scritto che entro 14 giorni si può restituire l’articolo. inutile dire che lo sconsiglio e che non tornerò mai più. imparate a lavorare, customer experience 0 !
bad. I bought a pair of shorts but as they were not to the liking of the birthday boy I took them back to the shop after 6 days. the VERY ANTIPATIC cashier told me that I could neither change nor get a refund, on the website in the "Returns and Refunds Policy" section it says that the item can be returned within 14 days. needless to say, I do not recommend it and that I will never return. learn to work, customer experience 0!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello, apparte l'approccio negativo avuto con quello che ho saputo essere la "responsabile" del negozio.
Si è mostrata molto scocciata nel servire,sempre con lo "scazzo" (il sorriso deve averlo dimenticato a casa) e nell'approccio con i suoi colleghi di lavoro presenti. Da parte mia lo trovo poco professionale, a differenza del resto del personale che si è mostrato molto sorridente e cordiale..
