★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrato, la commessa mi "ordina" di mettere il gel... poi non aveva né il colore né la taglia, ma quello è il meno, può succedere... ma se offendono parlando tra di loro che sono ottuso, quello no... hanno perso un cliente, volevo comprare 3/4 articoli ma sono scappato..... che maleducate !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ negozio storico dedicato all 'abbigliamento maschile con marchi abbastanza cari ti CK, Armani ecc . Il personale è abbastanza gentile. Soprattutto sanno vendere e sanno cosa vendono.
historic shop dedicated to men's clothing with fairly expensive brands CK, Armani etc. The staff is nice enough. Above all, they know how to sell and what they are selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo e soprattutto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione ti mettono a tuo agio..direi per quanto riguarda il titolare del negozio..non saprei definirlo mi sembra una persona ruvida musona.. attaccato hai soldi sono anni che compro in quel negozio..ma un po'di sconto,,, quando c'era un certo Bruno..lui si che faceva parecchio sconto ..persona super gentile potevi scambiarci tranquillamente 2 parole.e soprattutto se il cliente e anni che compra sapeva come trattarlo.. quello che adesso non succede..???
Staff very kind and above all available for any information they put you at ease .. I would say as regards the owner of the shop .. I cannot define him he seems to me a rough sulky person .. attacked you have money I have been buying in that shop for years .. but a little discount ,,, when there was a certain Bruno .. he did a lot of discount .. super nice person you could easily exchange 2 words. and especially if the customer and years who buys knew how to treat him .. what now does not happen .. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato per comprare un vestito da cerimonia e per farmi aiutare a decidere: la risposta é stata "torni quando avrà le idee più chiare". Non era certo il trattamento che mi sarei aspettato per un cliente che intende spendere tra 500-1000 euro. Sicuramente non tornerò!
I went in to buy a formal dress and to help me decide: the answer was "come back when you have a clearer idea". It was certainly not the treatment that I would have expected for a client who intends to spend between 500-1000 euros. I will definitely not go back!

I was with my baby in this shop, trying to select a swim suit for my husband.
I look not so fancy. I didn't dress up, was a pair of flat shoes.
There are some pieces of clothes hanging there, I checked but decided not to buy. Because they are no special discount, and you can buy them any where else in any shopping mall.
When I was about to leave, as usual, I touched a swim suit to feel the material. This swim suit costs 28 euros.
The lady in the cassa (arround 50 years old, elegant, short hair, well dressed), she was looking at me for a while. Maybe because their usual customers look a bit higher class than me?. She suddenly screamed me at a 5 meters distance: please don't touch ! (I saw their other customers touched, she didn't say a word)
She believed I wouldn't buy because i could not afford them, so she worry if i dirty them.....
I have to say i'm shocked.
These clothes are nice (Armani etc), but not top luxury brand, they cost more or less 100 - 200 euro (if they are more than 1000 euro , i can understand a little)
And they are hanging there for customers to come to TOUCH to feel to look and to buy..
I never had such a discrimination experience in any shops, especially in a tourist area. I used to wear normal or even careless to LV shops in Italy and received polite and friendly treatment.. In Italy, most of luxury shops highly depend on tourists. As tourist, you don't have the energy to wear a high heel to do shopping
