A Michelin started modern bistro serving creative Italian cuisine. I got the eight course tasting menu for 90 euros, which probably could’ve gone for much higher. Overall, I enjoyed the novel experience. The first dish, five finger foods, featured diverse flavors with creative combinations of ingredients I haven’t seen elsewhere. A delicious langoustine cocktail came next, in which olive oil was drizzled over raw langoustine in peppermint and a little bit of light soy sauce. the smooth olive oil contrasts the tenderness of raw langoustine but at the same time they’re both quite creamy in mouthfeel. Out of the pasta dishes, the fagottinis with beef and onion was brought alive by a fermented onion jus. The potato pasta leaned sweet, but was an enjoyable bite. The meat dishes were paired with fruits. Eel and watermelon, and beef and strawberry. The eel was grilled masterfully but the watermelon felt weird. For dessert, the homemade apricot sorbet was quite tart and not really sweet. The Caramel mousse and hazelnut ice cream has an interesting surprise with orange fiber in the middle of the mousse.

Food and service were fun and worthy. My rating is influenced by 2 glasses of Franciacorta (2x14euro=28 euro) served as starter. It wasn't clear or stated if they were offered or not but nonetheless the offer wasn't worth the silly price of these two glasses. It's a pity because otherwise I would have come back. Chance missed.

Delicious food. Unique, original and beautifully presented. Highlights of the meal were the genevese pasta and the β€˜green’ dessert. Highly recommend

I went for the 5 course menu where I chose the dishes for €60. Everything I had was amazing, the carbonara and squid ink pasta were absolutely beautiful as well. One of the deserts we had was overly sweet and the other one was just good, but I didn’t mind. There was an extra starter with bread that featured brazilian pΓ£o de queijo, as a brazilian was very happy to have one, although it wasn’t the best. Service was also great and the waiter explained the dishes fully. We accepted the sparkling wine we were offered instead of the champagne, and ended up getting another glass when he offered again but unfortunately it was very expensive at €14 a glass (not a big portion), which was a surprise and ended up being half the cost of the meal. I’d go for wine pairing if you are a fan as many people suggested that. Overall I think it’s michelin worthy, and the meal was very cheap for what it was, we left very full even with the 5 courses!

Excellent deal for what it is serving and the fact that it is Michelin 2021 rated restaurant. Did not know that Stanly Tucci featured this place until we got here. Ordered the chef tasting menu of 5 courses, truly enjoyed each and every bite. Service was great and the wine pairings were simply amazing. Highly recommend. Ohh check out that origami center piece created but by the sommelier herself.

The experience was amazing ? The food, wine, and staff went beyond expectations. We did a tasting menu and did not regret it. Each course was perfectly delicious. My favorite was the ravioli. It was hard to choose as each bite from each course was a new, delightful culinary menory. The staff was extremely helpful as well. They make spot on recommendations. If you are undecided or lost, ask your server what they would recommend. The wine they had was also special. Make sure to grab a glass ? (or two!). Thank you for an amazing memories ?

Lovely Michelin experience, mix between Italian and Japanese cuisine. Went for the 5 meal tasting menu and wine paring, very balanced quality/price ratio for a Michelin star. Highly recommended.

Exquisite meal. We only tried the 5 meal course with an extra pasta dish but wish we have taken a full seven courses. The dishes, wine paring and service were all spot on. Every single dish was perfectly balanced and tasty. We even stayed for some more wine. The meal is also a good price, with 5 courses costing 50 euro and wine pairing for 45. I would love to come again.
