Personale gentile, musica rilassante e spazio giusto tra un tavolo e l'altro Very good aperitif, they brought us a platter with focaccia, cold cuts and phenomenal cheeses. Volevo solo comprare il formaggio qui e la signora dietro al bancone non avrebbe accettato la mia carta bianca americana che dice ho vaccinato, che accetta tutta Italia. Invece, lei insista che ho bisogno di un Greenpass, qual è non è disponibile per non-europei. Poi ha iniziato a urlarmi contro davanti a mio figlio quando ho cercato di spiegare. Non tornerò mai più qui, è un peccato perché ora vivo nel quartiere. La direzione ha bisogno di formare il loro aiuto. Ignorante! This place has the rudest people working here. I just wanted to buy the cheese here and the lady behind the counter would not accept my American white card which says I have vaccinated, which accepts all of Italy. Instead, you insist that I need a Greenpass, which is not available to non-Europeans. Then he started yelling at me in front of my son when I tried to explain. I will never come back here again, it's a shame as I now live in the neighborhood. Management needs to train their help. Ignorant!

Il banco dell’asporto, oltre ad essere molto bello e ordinato, racchiude prodotti di eccezionale qualità. Non mi hanno convinto tuttavia i tortellini, sapore lontano dai veri bolognesi e con un prezzo, a mio parere, un po’ alto. Sono curioso di provare la colazione. Quattro stelle meritate. Consigliato Kindness, courtesy and professionalism of the staff are added values of the whole Bistrot. The take-away counter, in addition to being very nice and tidy, contains products of exceptional quality. However, I was not convinced by the tortellini, a flavor far from the real Bolognese and with a price, in my opinion, a little high. I am curious to try the breakfast. Four stars you deserve. Recommended

Materie di prima qualità, buona selezione di vini, musica adatta: tutto davvero molto gradevole, solo un paio di consigli per rendere l'esperienza del cliente ancora migliore: Per un bistrot di questo livello io non utilizzerei un account free di Spotify, con continue interruzioni pubblicitarie che rovinano la bella atmosfera. Per un coinvolgimento maggiore del cliente, suggerirei di formare meglio il personale perché possa guidarlo nella scelta e descrivere meglio i piatti, cosa molto importante quando si parla di formaggi e abbinamenti, senza dare per scontato che il cliente conosca quello che gli viene offerto. We went to this place on a Monday evening around 8pm; they didn't know it, but we were attracted to a very attractive charcuterie and cheese counter. Top quality materials, good wine selection, suitable music: all very pleasant, just a couple of tips to make the customer experience even better: For a bistro of this level I would not use a free Spotify account, with constant commercial interruptions that spoil the good atmosphere. For a greater involvement of the customer, I would suggest to train the staff better so that they can guide them in the choice and describe the dishes better, which is very important when it comes to cheeses and combinations, without assuming that the customer knows what is offered.

M	Matt Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was leaving Rome early one morning to do some hiking in L'Aquila but I had forgotten to organise a packed lunch for myself. Fortunately Gondi was open very early and I was able to pick up some sandwiches for my journey. The shop itself is very clean and well organised. The staff were welcoming and polite even though they had just opened and most importantly of all the sandwiches were delicious. The prices are also excellent. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed after a visit to Gondi. Highly recommended.
