Di umano non ha nulla. Acida e sgarbata è fare un complimento. E dovrebbero essere i primi a rendere una mano. Pietà. In this pharmacy the rudeness is done in person. One worse than the other. Difficilmente commento ma quando una cosa funziona è giusto farlo presente. Tamponed for my son this morning. Fast service, internal parking. Above all nice and very friendly staff. I hardly comment but when something works it is right to point it out.

Non rispondono per telefono, hanno risposto a una mia email in modo conciso senza un saluto o ulteriori spiegazioni alla mia domanda, al che provo a telefonare per 3 ore consecutive e non risponde nessuno, decido di recarmi in farmacia lo stesso ( anche se non vicinissimo a casa) perché per email mi hanno scritto:" si ci sono" a quel punto vado sperando di trovare quello che io avevo chiesto per email, vado e trovo tutt'altro, viaggio a vuoto, comunicazione zero, empatia con i clienti ( che di certo non vanno in farmacia a prendere un caffè ) -3. Da evitare. Terrible! Per fare tampone ci ho messo 1 ora di tempo. Dovrebbero organizzarsi decisamente meglio. Non consiglio questa farmacia per fare i tamponi. Per il resto non lo so perchè non ho acquistato nulla. To make the swabs they take 8 appointments for the same time, with a consequent delay in the execution and in the withdrawal of the report. It took me 1 hour to swab. They should organize themselves much better. I don't recommend this pharmacy for tampons. For the rest I do not know because I have not purchased anything.
