Unique place located in the former spinning mill of the town with an open cellar well stocked with local and non-local wines. Fare colazione all'esterno, immerso nella natura e molto piacevole. Fanno degli ottimi panini. Aperitivo top. La simpatia di Simone è tutto il suo staff é piacevole. Nella zona dell'alta langa per me il miglior locale in assoluto. La cucina del bistrot è di alta fascia qualitativa. Piatti ricercati, ingredienti cucinati in modo da esaltare ogni singola papilla gustativa. Complimenti e continuate così. Fantastic location, splendid brick vaults, beautiful open wine cellar and fantastic outdoor garden where you can taste the good delicacies prepared by the good Vittoria with all her staff. Having breakfast outside, surrounded by nature and very pleasant. They make great sandwiches. Top aperitif. Simone's sympathy is all his staff is pleasant. In the Alta Langa area for me the best place ever. The cuisine in the bistro is of a high quality range. Sophisticated dishes, ingredients cooked to enhance every single taste bud. I dolci sono molto curati. Ampia la cantina con vini, locali e non, selezionati con cura. Certamente vale la pena provare, se siete di passaggio, e tornare se potete. Buon appetito. Do not expect a large menu but the dishes offered, from appetizers to desserts, are balanced, quality raw materials (mostly local) and good workmanship. The desserts are well cared for. There is a large cellar with carefully selected local and non-local wines. Certainly worth a try if you are passing through and come back if you can. Enjoy your meal.

I had the Tajarin al Nero di seppia, con polpa di riccio di mare, bottarga e basilico. They were exquisite! Everything is cooked fresh and the chefs take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. Amazing wine selection. I highly recommend this restaurant!
