A	Ada Canana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliamo vivamente questo ristorante che offre ottimo cibo cucinato e presentato nel migliore dei modi in un’atmosfera molto accogliente, da personale squisitamente cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti fave e cicoria e polpette al sugo, e poi due primi lo spaghetto con le alici e il tubetto con la rana pescatrice...che dire tutto veramente SUBLIME! Abbiamo concluso la cena con un semifreddo alle mandorle e uno al caramello veramente ottimi! Graditissima l’attenzione riservata alle misure anti covid-19. Consigliatissimo!!! We highly recommend this restaurant which offers excellent food cooked and presented in the best possible way in a very welcoming atmosphere, by exquisitely friendly staff. We ordered two starters with broad beans and chicory and meatballs with sauce, and then two first courses with spaghetti with anchovies and tubetto with monkfish ... what can I say really SUBLIME! We concluded the dinner with a really good almond parfait and a caramel one! The attention paid to anti covid-19 measures is very welcome. Highly recommended !!!

Il cibo poi, ...... sapori gustosi e cotture attente e delicate (finalmente un luogo dove le patate non sono bruciate, i contorni intrisi di olio e gli antipasti insapori). Ottimo prodotto e ottima la scelta dei vini .... Lo consiglio a chi vuole rispolverare i principi della corretta educazione alimentare. Piatti ben presentati e squisitissimi! Nota di merito allo Spaghetto con alici. Materie prime di qualità e tecniche di cucina eccellenti. Cortesia e ottimo supporto del personale di sala nel raccontare i cibi, servizio gentile e rapido! Decisamente da tornarci. La masseria pepe, provata in qualità di ristorante, si presenta bene sono tutti gli aspetti, Il locale è molto bello, una classica masseria, spazi ampi, anche fra i tavoli danno la giusta riservatezza. Il cibo, prettamente classico della cucina pugliese è ben preparato, presentato e con materie prime ottime. Non ultimo il personale gentile e simpatico ma non invadente, in oltre, buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo Great! Veniamo alla cena: ci portano al tavolo un simpatico cestino con dell’olio (ottimo!!) e del pane così da avere il tempo di scegliere tra le varie opzioni presenti sul menu. Il ragazzo in sala ci spiega che i prodotti sono legati alla tradizione pugliese e che viene tutto cotto a bassa temperatura, mantenendo così i sapori e i profumi nel piatto! Beh che dire aveva proprio ragione!!!! Ordiniamo un tortino di verdure con pomodoro schiattarisciato e le polpette al sugo come "antipasto" e poi a seguire il baccalà su crema di ceci e il polpo su crema di barbabietola, ma quello che ci stupisce è la qualità della materia prima usata e soprattutto la cottura a bassa temperatura. Come dolce ci facciamo consigliare dal ragazzo in sala il semifreddo alla mandorla: una goduria per il palato!!! Che dire? Veramente tutto ottimo!! Il conto? Beh prezzi molto onesti. Bravi, continuate così. Torneremo presto! The restaurant is really welcoming and the tables are set up outdoors under a stone porch, really impressive! Let's come to dinner: they bring us a nice basket with oil (excellent !!) and bread to the table so that we have time to choose between the various options on the menu. The guy in the dining room explains to us that the products are linked to the Apulian tradition and that everything is cooked at a low temperature, thus maintaining the flavors and aromas in the dish! Well what about he was right !!!! We order a vegetable pie with schiattarisciato tomato and meatballs with sauce as an "appetizer" and then to follow the cod on chickpea cream and the octopus on beetroot cream, but what amazes us is the quality of the raw material used and above all the low temperature cooking. As a dessert we let the boy in the dining room recommend the almond parfait: a pleasure for the palate !!! What to say? Really all great !! The bill? Well very fair prices. Well done, keep it up. We will be back soon!

Stunning buildings, gorgeously arranged and lit, a very large pool and plenty of space to roam around on the farm. Gourmet breakfast in a beautifully decorated area or on the large terrace. Anna, the manager, was super helpful, responsive and hospitable! Easy access by car to the Campomarino dune beach nearby.
