★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War nix los, vielleicht zwei andere Tische besetzt. Wir warteten 10min, ohne bedient zu werden. Die Serviertochter ging an uns und einem anderen besetzten Tisch vorbei, grüsste und ging die Toilette putzen anstatt uns zu bedienen. Auf Nachfrage drinnen beim Wirt wurde ich an die Serviertochter verwiesen, die noch immer mit dem WC beschäftigt war. Wir gingen dann weiter. Offenbar möchte man hier keine Gäste bewirten... Hingegen kann ich die Wurzeralm als Verpflegungsort in der Gegend wärmstens empfehlen.
Nothing was going on, maybe two other tables were occupied. We waited 10 minutes without being served. The waitress walked past us and another occupied table, said hello and went to clean the toilet instead of serving us. When I asked the landlord inside, I was referred to the waitress who was still busy with the toilet. We then went on. Apparently they don't want to host guests here... On the other hand, I can warmly recommend the Wurzeralm as a place to eat in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer schönen Wanderung war es auf der Alm sehr schön. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die verzehrten Speisen und Getränke waren sehr gut.
After a nice hike, it was very nice on the Alm. The service was extremely friendly and courteous. The food and drinks consumed were very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal Leute anwesend, eine Leber-Knödelsuppe und 2 Säfte bestellt, die Säfte kamen sofort, die Knödelsuppe nicht, nach 20 Minuten, fragte ich nett nach; Antwort; die müsse zuerst gekocht werden! Am Nachbarstisch hat eine Gruppe nach uns bestellt, Knödelsuppen kamen sofort, nach einer halben Stunde sind wir dann gegangen, ohne die Knödelsuppe bekommen zu haben, bezahlt haben wir alles! Eher mieser Service, das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen???
Normal people present, ordered a liver dumpling soup and 2 juices, the juices came immediately, the dumpling soup not, after 20 minutes I asked nicely; Answer; they have to be cooked first! At the next table, a group ordered for us, dumpling soup came immediately, half an hour later we left without getting the dumpling soup, we paid for everything! Rather lousy service, I can't judge the food???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malga molto carina, cibo ottimo, ottimi i prezzi, kids friendly e posto molto bello! In questa stagione molto bello con la neve, i bimbi si sono divertiti con gli slittino, che mettono anche loro a disposizione. Posti interni ed esterni, assolutamente consigliato!
Very nice hut, great food, great prices, kids friendly and very nice place! In this very beautiful season with the snow, the children had fun with the sledges, which they also make available. Indoor and outdoor seats, absolutely recommended!

We waited for almost one hour with two small and hungry kids after the hike to the cabine and despite several requests no staff member came to take our order. We finally left without eating for the return hike with the kids. This place is only surviving due to its location and view. Unprofessionalism at its very best! I strongly advise to avoid this place.
