Che dire: persona eccezionale!! Premesso che sono di Vicenza, Mauro ha fatto con me una trattativa prima telefonica, poi di persona. Si è sempre dimostrato serio, competente e di parola!! C	Cristiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato due volte nell'arco di un anno ad entrare in questa concessionaria per farmi un preventivo per una X2, la prima volta ho chiesto un preventivo e mi ha seguito il ragazzo che si occupa di usato perché ho chiesto se avevano KM0, mi ha proposto macchine usate a prezzi del 20% più bassi dal listino, insomma un affare (per loro) lui molto gentile le auto non mi piacevano così ho declinato. Sono tornato con buoni propositi ho fatto un preventivo sul nuovo, l'auto come volevo e ho chiesto schietto " ci sono scontistiche?" mi hanno detto "bmw applica già lo sconto vantaggio cliente noi non applichiamo altri sconti" mi sono stupito, quanto pare non si parla di sconti. Insomma applicano il prezzo di listino da configuratore su un auto da 50.000€ aggiornamento 6 marzo 2021 Sono tornato per provare di nuovo una X2, testardo come sono e data la percezione di professionalità che dà l'azienda brindelli. Sabato 27 febbraio sono entrato, ho trovato un ragazzo molto cortese (Mario a memoria) in questo periodo si va su appuntamento e ho lasciato i miei dati per il contatto che doveva avvenire entro 1 o 2 marzo, nessuno mi ha mai chiamato nonostante avessi manifestato assoluto interesse verso una vettura esposta o in pronta consegna. Pazzesco, dopo 3 volte ho capito che BMW non desidera un nuovo cliente. Saturday 27 February I entered, I found a very courteous guy (Mario by heart) in this period we go by appointment and I left my details for the contact that had to take place within 1 or 2 March, no one has ever called me despite having expressed absolute interest in a car on display or ready for delivery. Crazy, after 3 times I realized that BMW doesn't want a new customer.

A parte la visibilità, il personale è altamente qualificato, affidabile, cortese e chiaro. Ascolta attentamente le problematiche e/o i bisogni del cliente e lo guida durante la scelta delle soluzioni più adatte delle sue esigenze. Qualità elevatissima ma si paga. D'altronde non si può prenotare in un Hotel a 5 stelle e pretendere il costo di un B&B... Per gli Amanti del marchio BMW una buona meta. E	Ema_ Puc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco POCO professionale e alquanto ridicola, poiché tentando di acquistare l’auto con Iva al 4% il venditore (non facendosi assolutamente sentire se non chiamato da noi) dopo quasi UN MESE ancora non riesce a gestire la pratica inventando che ci vogliono più documentazioni (che altri venditori e pure il commercialista ritengono non siano assolutamente necessarie). Dopo un mese ancora non saperne niente poiché bisogna “rincorrere” il venditore direi che si potrebbe evitare. VOTO 0. Dopo un primo contatto telefonico, vista la distanza, mi sono recato in sede per visionare e provare l'auto. Ho trovato un personale disponibile, cordiale e di parola (venditore e precedente proprietario). Le mie richieste telefoniche sono state ampiamente soddisfatte quel giorno. Accordati sulla trattativa abbiamo organizzato il ritiro dove mi é stata agevolata la consegna. Una nota positiva va anche alla persona che ha gestito i documenti, non ha tardato ad inviare le carte una volta pronte e, soprattutto, sempre disponibile nelle chiamate. Nonostante un incidente di percorso il team Birindelli Prato si é comportato egregiamente nella gestione del reclamo soddisfando a pieno le aspettative del cliente.
