Ritirato il referto con il CD di un altra persona ( alla faccia della privacy). Bad organization. Expected in the waiting room, crowded with people (in the face of the covid) more than 40 minutes before doing an x-ray. Withdrawn the report with the CD of another person (in spite of privacy).

Ho eseguito un elettrocardiogramma e mi è stato subito dato il risultato dell’esame! Lo consiglio ????????? Convenient parking and really functional center! Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati più di una volta nelle mani i giovani laureati impreparati. Un banale prelievo del sangue non può provocare tanto disagio... E per ben 2 volte a distanza di 2 mesi. Bho... La cura degli utenti non può essere improvvisata. Unfortunately I found, to my detriment, poor preparation. Probably / evidently the newly graduated staff are not yet trained. Qualora si liberassero altri orari nello stesso giorno ti avvertono loro. Ampio parcheggio. Very modern structure. Easy telephone booking and modest waiting guided by electronic queue management. Anziché rimediare prontamente all'inconveniente al termine dell'esame non riuscito, magari scusandosi e ripetendolo subito ( nonostante l'ulteriore disagio) , l'infermiera afferma che il medico forse riuscirà a refertare con le misurazioni saltuarie effettuate. Cosa che effettivamente avviene. Il medico referta che il numero delle misurazioni, 63%, non è ottimale! Grazie dottore! Ci auguriamo che il rimanente 37% non fosse significativo per rilevare immediatamente eventuali problematiche.... Infine la risposta della receptionist di fronte a tale situazione è stata un indifferente : può capitare! NOOOO, NON PUÒ CAPITARE! Stiamo parlando di uno strumento di diagnostica, non di un giochino di un bambino! Ovviamente è stato impossibile parlare con un responsabile alle 9 di mattina... Conclusioni: esame da rifare (altrove!), soldi buttati e giustificazioni di livello estremamente basso! Purtroppo una stella va data per poter recensire... Extremely bad experience!
