L	Lucia Mauriello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e incompetenti. Se potessi darei zero. Sono altezzosi in una maniera spaventosa, non chiari nelle diagnosi, nè nelle terapie. Due volte ho avuto il dispiacere di dovermi affidare a loro, e l'esperienza è stata pessima in entrambi i casi. Ad alcuni dei medici consiglierei di fare un bagno di umiltà e tornare a studiare. Tra gli infermieri negligenza assoluta. Mia nonna necessitava di essere cambiata dopo un collasso e ha dovuto provvedere mia madre perché loro se ne sono altamente fregati. Pensate a quella povera gente che non ha nessuno accanto. Abbandonati a se stessi. Assolutamente da evitare! Rude and incompetent. If I could I would give zero. They are haughty in a frightening way, not clear in their diagnoses, nor in their treatments. Twice I had the regret of having to rely on them, and the experience was bad in both cases. I would recommend some of the doctors to take a humble bath and go back to studying. Absolute negligence among nurses. My grandmother needed to be changed after she collapsed and had to provide for my mother because they really cared about it. Think of those poor people who have no one next to them. Leave yourself to yourself. Absolutely to be avoided!

Abbiamo telefonato stamattina alle 8 perché mio padre deve fare un trapianto urgente e ci occorrono una serie di esami urgenti... Abbiamo chiesto al telefono e ci hanno detto che loro facevano assolutamente tutti gli esami ma che dovevamo prenotare di persona dalle 9 alle 13. Alle 9 e mezza eravamo lì, a circa un'ora da casa mia, e ci hanno detto che per prenotare dovevamo andare dalle 13 alle 14.... Mia madre fa vedere tutti gli esami e le rispondono che nn c'è problema e che li avremmo fatti rapidamente così via armiamo di pazienza e torniamo alle 13.... Facciamo la lunga fila, scendiamo all'accettazione e ci rispondo che di tutta lista di esami loro ne facevano soltanto due ma a fine ottobre.... Ma che schifo è?! Ma si rendono conto che a loro si rivolge gente MALATA?!? Ci hanno fatto perdere una giornata per nulla quando già al telefono invece di arronzarci nonostante l insistenza potevano semolicemnte verificare se gli esami si potevano fare davvero, ancor di più quando siamo stati lì di persona poco dopo! Mai più, che schifo di gente, senza coscienza pur di fare andare la gente fin lí e fare qualche prenotazione in più ! Bad organization, switchboards and acceptance !!! We phoned this morning at 8 because my father has an urgent transplant and we need a series of urgent tests ... We asked on the phone and they told us that they did absolutely all the exams but we had to book in person from 9 to 13. At 9.30 we were there, about an hour from my house, and they told us that to book we had to go from 13 to 14 .... My mother shows all the exams and they answer that there is no problem and that we would have done them quickly so on we arm ourselves with patience and go back at 13 .... We queue up, go down to the reception and I answer that they only did two of the whole list of exams but at the end of October .... But how disgusting is that ?! But do they realize that SICK people turn to them?!? They made us waste a day for nothing when already on the phone instead of getting angry despite the insistence they could just plainly check if the exams could really be done, even more so when we were there in person shortly after! Never again, how disgusting people, without conscience just to make people go there and make some more reservations!

Dal punto di vista amministrativo come assicurato Previmedical ,ho incontrato persone molto disponibili e preparate. Una nota particolare la rivolgo alla Signora Silvana, capoufficio poliambulatoriale ,persona molto preparata e professionale sempre cortese e al servizio dell'utente,e alla Signora Rosaria coordinatrice amministrativa sempre pronta ad accogliere con professionalità,gentilezza e efficacia tutte le richieste da me rivoltele. Hello, I went to the Villa dei Fiori Clinic in Mugnano for a package of medical services, I found an excellent facility, with qualified and professional medical staff, with nursing assistants always ready for the smallest details for patient care. From an administrative point of view, as a Previmedical policyholder, I met very helpful and prepared people. I address a particular note to Mrs. Silvana, head of the polyclinic office, a very prepared and professional person who is always courteous and at the service of the user, and to Mrs. Rosaria, administrative coordinator, always ready to welcome all the requests I put to her with professionalism, kindness and effectiveness. Dal Direttore sanitario all' ultimo operatore (non meno importante) sono gentili e disponibili in tutto. Peccato che persone così vengono nascoste alla realtà e le si scopre solo in necessità. Complimenti a tutti G.M A distanza di un anno ritorno per controlli e noto la situazione pericolosamente precipitata dalle tante ore e tanti giorni di attesa (tempi morti) per esami che si possono svolgere in uno al massimo due giorno. Nei negozi ci sono dispenser di numeretti per l'attesa, in clinica sembra di essere al mercato dove si grida il cognome e nome di un paziente evviva la privacy. Siamo nel 2022 ed utilizzano sistemi del paleolitico. Mi dispiace manca la base di un organizzazione. E' un peccato vanificare il lavoro passato. G.M. Too bad that people like this are hidden from reality and only discovered in need. Congratulations to all G.M After a year, I return for checks and I notice the dangerously precipitated situation by the many hours and days of waiting (dead time) for exams that can be carried out in one to two days. In the shops there are dispensers of small numbers for waiting, in the clinic it seems to be at the market where the surname and name of a patient is shouted, long live privacy. We are in 2022 and they use paleolithic systems. I am sorry I am missing the basis of an organization. It is a pity to frustrate the past work. G.M.

Ieri mi hanno detto che chiudevano alle 16:00 oggi ho chiamato alle 15:30 e avevano i terminali rotti. Ho prenotato da un'altra parte! A shame! To book a visit they always say that they have broken terminals or there is a disc with music. Yesterday they told me they closed at 4pm today I called at 3.30pm and they had broken terminals. I booked somewhere else!

Siamo partiti in fretta e furia da Sorrento visto il gravarsi delle condizioni di mio suocero,ed al nostro arrivo abbiamo subito riscontrato la prontezza e serietà di tutti gli infermieri e staff della clinica,in poche ore sono stati eseguiti diversi esami per aver un quadro molto più chiaro della situazione…..non esagero se ringrazio tutti per avergli salvato la vita. Mio suocero mi ha più volte riferito della pulizia impeccabile della clinica,e della dedizione di tutti verso tutti i pazienti. grazie di cuore. I am writing this review on behalf of my father-in-law who was amazed by the promptness, seriousness and passion in assisting their patients by all the medical staff. We left in a hurry from Sorrento given the burden of my father-in-law's conditions, and upon our arrival we immediately found the promptness and seriousness of all the nurses and staff of the clinic, in a few hours several tests were performed to have a very clearer than the situation ... .. I'm not exaggerating if I thank everyone for saving his life. My father-in-law has repeatedly told me of the impeccable cleanliness of the clinic, and of everyone's dedication to all patients. thank you with all my heart.
F	Fabio Di Vaio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo totale : per qualsiasi cosa , anche la più banale ti costringono a farti elettrocardiogramma e rx torace , quest'ultima chiesta da nessun'altra struttura. Tutto per fare soldi ovviamente! Dall'inizio del coronavirus la situazione è ulteriormente peggiorata : oltre a dover aspettare TUTTI fuori dalla struttura, anziani compresi , anche solo per fare un tampone, c'e poi chi, grazie alle conoscenze, ti passa avanti, ovviamente con il benestare di chi dovrebbe garantire l'ordine e la gestione dell'utenza.
