P	Pablo Fabiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono andato a portare mio figlio x una visita medica sportiva agonistica fissata 20 giorni fa’…arrivato mi hanno detto che non era sabato 19 febbraio ma 19 marzo , ma aggiungo che 4 giorni prima avevo portato le urine e mi era stato confermato sabato 19 febbraio il posto per mio figlio….Credo che a questo punto in segreteria ci sia un po di superficialità’…ed e’ per questo una stella …anche perche’ il giorno dopo mio figlio aveva una partita importante…non voglio spiegare la delusione sua e nostra. Ho pagato per un esame di laboratorio e dopo due settimane e mezzo ancora non hanno dato alcuna risposta. Li chiami al telefono e la linda non funziona Gli scrivo delle email e neanche mi rispondono, e dovrei magari ritornarci ??? Ho ricevuto risposta del molecolare entro il giorno dopo, ho fatto solo 10 min di coda in macchina e le infermiere sono state delicate e attente. One of the few places where you don't have to reserve tampons and where the queue runs quickly !! Dopo 3 giorni di mancata ricezione della risposta referto, chiamando la struttura, un sedicente proprietario mi ha detto che non è un suo problema, perché lui personalmente ha consegnato il materiale al laboratorio nei tempi (peccato però che il laboratorio dica tutt'altra cosa e almeno in maniera molto più gentile e garbata). Ma può essere questa una risposta da dare ad un cliente? Francamente io cercherei di avere più cura dei servizi che presto, anche nelle fasi che non mi competono direttamente. Le stanze per la degenza sono pulitissime e comodissime. Massima disponibilità anche per le visite di controllo successive all'intervento.
