Un bel salto in avanti grazie ad una proposta che si avvicina davvero all'idea di birreria, con prodotti di qualità. Ottimo il maxischermo per gustarsi oltre alla proposta gastronomica anche un bell'evento sportivo. Il servizio è cortese e veloce, prezzi corretti. Recently reopened restaurant and brewery with relative change of management. A big leap forward thanks to a proposal that really comes close to the idea of a brewery, with quality products. L'unico locale nei dintorni che durante la "fase 2" non offre un menù ridotto e mantiene in lista proposte vegetariane o vegetarianizzabili! Il wallace burger (vegetariano) è davvero gustoso e anche la scelta del pane al carbone vegetale risulta originale e diversa dal solito. Il burger di quinoa o verdure si differenzia altrettanto dai più gettonati burger di ceci o di soia. Anche il burger con carne mi dicono fosse delizioso. Le focacce sono strepitose! Io prendo spesso la contadina senza pancetta, con funghi, cipolle cotte e formaggio. Una vera libidine! Secondi piatti altrettanto squisiti, abbondanti e ben impiattati. Meritevoli anche i fuori menú. Imperdibili le patate al forno! Selezione di birre decisamente gustosa, specialmente con le artigianali Skianto (Ipa) e Stray Dog (bitter rossa) di Toccalmatto. I dolci sono fatti in casa e l'attenzione ai dettagli (veri frutti di bosco anziché topping, per esempio) fa la differenza rispetto ad altri locali. Lo staff è super gentile, sorridente, simpatico e affabile. Prezzi giusti, sopprattutto direi ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ambiente pulito, grazioso anche il patio all'aperto e curato e accogliente il giardino interno. A pleasant discovery! Excellent proposals with quality ingredients.
