★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family is a beautiful thing, especially when you find out that that family runs a fantastic pub with great beer, a wonderful wine selection, and simply gorgeous food. About two weeks ago, as a visitor to the tiny town of Lorica, I met a branch of my wife's extended family for the first time. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life, full of amazing memories. Some of the best took place at this amazing restaurant. Simply sitting outside at the picnic tables, looking over the lake, was a breath of fresh air exactly when I needed it. The incredible aperitif offerings, the marvelously aged steaks, and all of the side dishes (particularly the potatoes) were sublime. Definitely take the time to have a taste of some of the finest craft beer in Italy! My best wishes to all of the Morrone family! I truly hope that we get to meet again someday soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful evening! The staff is extremely friendly and we had a fun time speaking and practicing both Italian for us and English for them. Artisanal beer and prime meat were the stars of our dinner. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite spot in Sila. The meat is great: super tasty and tender! The waiters and the owners are super nice and kind, the overall service is just perfect. Also the location is really cool, warm and cozy and the view is to die for! The grilled caciocavallo is amazing and also the millefoglie. The price, compared to the high quality of the food and service, is really convenient! I can't recommend more this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like to try riding a horse or pony you and your family its the place to be!! There is also a beautiful lake where you can relax have picnic. Perfect for tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my visit I took my nieces for a drive into Sila to see snow and spend a day outdoors in a winter wonderland.
We went to lunch here at Il Brillo and as I’ve never been here it was on my sisters recommendation.
I was overwhelmed by how good the food was.
Fresh. Meats cooked perfectly to order and with flavors to please any palate.
Definitely worth the wait during these limited seating Covid times. Reservations are recommended.

Prices are beyond fair.
Prepare to share. And order extra potatoes and onions. They’re the best. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The antipasto is quite tasty and it has all the typical things you‘ll usually find in this corner of the world.
Grigliata is a decent main, even though I was expecting a piece of grilled beef and I found some of it a bit too salty.
Porcini (mushrooms) and caciocavallo (fried cheese) were pretty tasty.
On the other side, I found the craft red beer a bit tasteless.
Location is nice, just in front of the lake.
